The quality and taste of food are good but the staff are rude. The customer service is Jco Queensbay Penang is so teribble. The management take too long to clean the table around 15-20 mins weâre been waiting and already ask the staff to help to clean the table. I understand maybe there insufficient amount of staff but the attitude of one of the staff is quite rude with her moody face her named is Nurin. Then she clean the table with this lousy attitude not even clean the whole table with left some dirt. After that i want to pick up my drink i ask is this my drink because im not familiar with how the avacado drink looks like so i just want to ask her to make sure but she just ignore me entirely and pretend like she does not hear me.    Read moreI ordered J.Co Donuts via GrabFood today and was looking forward to trying the Cream Latte flavor. However, I was extremely disappointed upon receiving it. The donut was clearly spoiled. As shown in the picture, the chocolate glaze had an unusual texture with signs of moisture, and the cream topping looked off.
