WORST korean restaurant I have ever been! We had made reservation of 9 person through their Whatsapp. However, when we arrive, the male waiter said they do not receive our reservation, after showing them the Whatsapp conversation, they said its their boss that accept the reservation, but boss do not inform them on that... Ok, well.. the waiter then arrange a table of 6 pax for us, but it's too packed for 9 of us, we saw a table (for 2 pax) beside and we request to join the table, so that we can be more comfortable...

The waiter rejected and said it was reserved for other walk in customer, we confirm with him again, whether if someone reserved the table ? He said No.. (They just wanna make sure walk in customer have place to sit and make more money...LOL)

The table was so small till the dishes we ordered cant even fit the table, we need to finish one dish before another dish was served. And the waiter just look at us, still not willing to join the table. (THE TABLE IS STILL EMPTY WHEN WE DISMISS)

We were there to celebrate birthday, and we do ask if can help us to keep the cake IN FRIDGE, so that we can celebrate after the meal. They said Yes, and took our cake to their kitchen. After our meal (about 1.5 hours), we asked for the cake, and noticed that our cake (cream) was all melted...We asked why, and they said they do not have enough space in the fridge to keep, so they just leave it in room temperature. (THE WAITER SHOULD HAVE INFORMED US EARLIER, SO THAT WE CAN TAKE GOOD PHOTO WITH THE CAKE FIRST ?)

Then we requested for a few plates to share the cake, they provide us a few small sauce dish (around 8cm diameter), which do not even fit the cake. Water is per requested also, they won't serve you water automatically like how other korean restaurant does.

PLS DO NOT EVER CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY HERE! THEY WILL RUIN IT, NO MATTER YOUR MOOD OR...

I was really looking forward to trying this Korean restaurant, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment.

We ordered the marinated crab (small size) and were honestly shocked at how tiny the portion was. There was barely any meat, and the crab didn’t taste fresh at all. It’s supposed to be served cold and ready to eatyet it took forever to arrive, which makes me question whether it was even marinated properly beforehand.

To make things worse, it came with cold rice. Not chilled like a proper pairing just plain cold, like it had been sitting out too long. It made the whole experience feel lazy and careless.

I also ordered the grape beer, which sounded interesting, but it just tasted like regular beer. Even after stirring it, there was no grape flavor at all, felt like a total gimmick.

And the price? We got 2 small marinated crabs and 2 cocktails, and the total was RM207. For that price, you’d expect at least decent portions and quality, but this was far from it.

Service was also super slow, especially considering the crab is a dish that should be pre marinated and served cold. Nothing made sense.

Overall, this place was all hype and no substance. Cold rice, slow service, tiny portions, and a ridiculous bill. Definitely...

Having dinner here for the first time and I would say it kinda surprise me. The atmosphere of the shop was leisure and relaxing with a bunch of people having a good time in here.

Let's talk about some food that I have. The Ramen portion was big enough for 2 person to share and the soup is thick and good. And the Gochuchang Samyeopsal which is the BBQ pork belly also well cooked, very tender and finger licking good!!! Last but not least the famous Korean Chicken Wings is so good that I can only express in 1 word... Fuiyohhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

For the mocktail is above average but the one cocktail that I had is like a shining star in a moonless night, which is the Soju Highball White Peach. Probably the best cocktail that I ever had in years!!! They also provide Jinro Soju in the house!

If you want to order for the Korean Pancake you should order it before 9pm since it's only available to order before 9pm.

So if you are craving for a Korean Bar to have a drink and some good meals with someone you hold, just pay a visit and have a good...

Excited to try out the new Korean food spot I recently heard about! Here's my take on what I sampled: Dakgabjeong: The boneless fried chicken was incredibly crispy, but the sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. Cutting the sauce in half and adding some peanuts could elevate the dish. Pork Neck BBQ with Special Sauce: While the pork neck was tender and flavorful, the sweet sauce was a bit overwhelming for me. Sundubu Jjigae: A better dish from our order, packed with a variety of ingredients like tiger prawn, crab, clams, mushrooms, and tofu. I personally would have preferred it to be spicier, but the seafood broth was enjoyable nonetheless. Overall verdict, it was not bad but everything seems to be at the sweeter side. It tastes like a fusion Korean Chinese food. Service was good, atmosphere was nice too. Comfortable to have a gathering with friends.

I'm so disappointed with the whole dining experience. I've tried their food at the other branch a few months back & fell in love immediately with their food, so this time I decided to visit this one, which is the origin. Service wasn't attentive even when there's totally no other customer except me. The food is a total disappointment. Totally different quality from the one I tried in another branch. Their seafood noodle, which cost nearly RM50 a bowl taste exactly like an instant noodle standard just with added ingredients. The soup is diluted, and noodles are soggy. Even my favourite seafood pancake doesn't turn out well. It's too thick & barely has any taste. I just don't get it. Even the side dishes' quality doesn't meet the expectations. They are the origin, but their food taste so horrible. Nothing comparable to their newer branch.

The shop front was not in plain view, with the metal folding door opened just a crack. Immediate thought was, is this a hidden restaurant? Lol. Ordered a la carte dishes and the bbq, moksal and samgyeopsal. Gonna be honest, despite the rave, I found this place mediocre. The bbq were just so-so. The meat was on the hard side. We also ordered the makgeolli, which tasted like.. yoghurt? Didn't really taste much alcohol. Somaek was mostly maekju, no soju taste. They were really slow with the banchan, only 1 set for 4 people to share. In a blink of an eye the kimchi was gone and we had to flag the waitress down and wait for them to refill another tiny plate for us. Because we were seated at the end, it was hard to get their attention. I really like the japchae and mandu though, and if I had to return, that's what I would get again.
