Was having dinner here, everything was fine until my girlfriend pull up a hair from the foods.

Disgusting and it’s even worst when I show to one of their staff on the hair, they just ignore and pretend nothing happened.

Just realized owner reply on my review when scrolling thru my email. To further clarify and reply to you, kindly refer below.

Whether there's any "long hair" in your kitchen or not, only you know the truth, you can say whatever your want. From customer perspective, we are eating nearly to 80% and found 1 long hair with oil dripping from very bottom of your served meal. If you were to put the blame into your customer, I can certainly tell you that it's not from us, and we earn nothing from doing that 😅

After the issue brought up to your staff, he just walked away and we just sat there wait for nothing. When we decided to leave, I can see 2-3 staffs at front counter and none of them stopped us from leaving too. Thus, what can i do best is to sharing my unpleasant...

It be nice if more choices for ingredients, however terrible service crew , went to had lunch around 2pm maybe the crew's rest time or something I'm not sure but the counter guy saw us came in then after giving us the container to choose food then just disappear, after choosing food we have to walk to the back near kitchen? to ask the crew to make payment or else we can't even pay and make an order for there's no one at all at counter😞 all crew just sitting on the back area near kitchen talking and playing phone and games loudly. Seriously....? Can the boss take a look into this matter ? I get it that crew deserve rest time when there's no customer but when you saw one coming in at least serve the customer ? Also it's bad to have no one at all at the counter ya ? I rather you play phone at counter rather than no one at all when I wanna pay...

I've ordered them through Grab 3 times while in Malaysia.

The luncheon meat is spam Golden Coin is a dried pork

The general size is better than most. However I added on double meat 2 times and received the same portion as the starter dish. Which was disappointing.

The food is great and is garnished with cilantro. The bamboo noodles were a larger serving than the magi.
