Waited 20 minutes just for a cup of ice latte even when there isn't a lot people order coffee and in the end walk to counter to found out it's done a long time but it's left there ...... well if the staff isn't gonna deliver us the drinks why even give us table service as an option from the very beginning? I am sure I chose table service and I even saw the table service number written on my cup ! Really terrible service , went to confront and the grey uniform lady just say it's done that's all 😞, 😮💨 tables and floor under the table is dirty without anyone to clean them , always been like that since it's November reopen😮💨
Honestly saying, saw the news that the boycott affected a lot of McDonald's, and I felt sorry for the weird collateral damage but if all the staff , I mean most , like 90% of them are gonna have working attitude like it's the end of the world today ,then how about just stop working there ? Read moreGood place, just a normal McDonald like other branch. Nothing extra. But that's what makes me a bit disappointed with them. The parking charge was unrealistic. Truly wasted my RM15 only on the parking charge for parking there on 3 hours. Nowadays people go to McDonald not just to eat, but some even go for discussion, meetup or catching up with old friends. And this branch clearly have good and enough space to cater lots of cars for the parking and tables for people to dine. Why so expensive? I may accept it if i was charged around RM5-6,as it was standard charges for nowadays malls parking rates(that even have guards and roof to cover your car from rain) but RM15? Come on McDonald. If this is how its gonna be, then people gonna start avoiding your branch. They will only come for drive-thru only. Not to mention that the drive thru was stuck too, bcuz of there was a customer who cant proceed to get out of the parking cuz the scanner failure or something like that, thus making the flow of the drive thru stuck. The staff delivery my set meal to me without my latte and said that for latte I have go collect myself at McCafe counter. What a ridiculous service for customer to request for table service to collect themselves, then what is the meaning of this "half" table service? Due to I'm alone to dine in and that time the restaurant almost full, I afraid that when I leave, my seat might be occupied and worst if the staff throw away my food.
