It may be out of sight but there's quite a few choices to eat there. Nyonya curry mee, fish head bee hoon, Singapore bee hoon are surprisingly good. There's more to try but for now this is the few that I enjoyed

Very good fish head noodle soup and mee curry. I like that there is a wide selection of food available and a nice air conditioned sitting area to enjoy your food if it is too hot outside. Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area and...
