Tapao one teh ice. no give straw and super thin packaging. Order bar then in advance, but was rejected and was ask to order from counter, order at the counter , foreign girl like dont want respond me twice, just gan cheong something with a uncle bringing something for them, later only know is breads missing but is they didn't see it, uncle some more bring in a tray of the breads and said something like they didn't see not he didn't send. call her 3 times only want chap siao me. Then was told again by the counter lady to inform bar ( what which i originally did but was rejected). Then the foreign worker instead hand me my teh ice, go to counter tut something and ignore me! then bar chinese guy "oi "me say my drink ready. I look around didn't see it ask where is my tapao, then only know it was hide hanging inside. Most funny is the girl ask me ikat tepi or bungkus all, i said ikat tepi ended bungkus all. ( then ask ke if want how to pack for what?) Most terrible is able find a straw at home push the straw in, then it broke the bag as the sealing side of the transparent bag is too weak even for a platic straw. It broke not a hole at the bag but opened up the sealing line of joint of the bag. Not sure is bag too thin or sealing of the bag is not proper. Ended i wet my counter top ,floor and leg. Although 2.30 consider acceptable/ cheaper price for a smaller pack of the ice. But the crew response is terrible, and i lost half plus of drink of the bag due to poor quality packaging material. Last time not like this when i live there nearby, frequently went to tapao. Chinese lady counter ia very nice and friendly. Now became like poor service and low quality coffee shop...

The food here is ok for those who wants a quick lunch. But the staff's attitude here is very bad. There is one lady staff serving drinks imposed a very bad attitude. One of my friend did ordered his drink. But me and my the other friends haven't. When we want to start ordering, she walks away, we keep calling her very loudly, but she still ignoring us. When she walks back, we ask her nicely that we wanted to order drinks. We also asked her that why you walked away when we keep calling for her. Then she keep on gave us the reasoning that oh we had ordered our drinks so I'm going to go to another table now. YES she said NOW. Then she just walked away chilly. We call her for a reason, is not because it is fun. What a cheeky attitude! This incident just spoil my afternoon mood...

This dish cost me RM21! The lady taking the rice said it was by spoon when I asked her. There was a signage but so small and chinese. Very sketchy pricing. The price table is at the end of the row. The lady on the counter refused to let me return the food so I had to buy. The boss lady said I could return the food but I was appalled because the rice lady and the counter lady told me one thing and it was another when I was paying. Please do not come here if you aren't Chinese literate. I won't support lying staff to their customers.

To the boss lady, make sure the signs are known by the staff before answering the customers. Please put little signs for the dishes to avoid problem like this. I refused your refund because I don't want to waste food and I hope your...
