Mixue Kheng Tian — Restaurant in George Town

I had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience at the Mixue branch near Jelutong. I went there to buy drinks and ice cream, and as someone who usually doesn’t take receipts after payment, I did the same this time. Unfortunately, I was unaware that the receipt is needed to check the order number so the staff can call out when it’s ready. I told the Malay woman at the counter that I didn’t need the receipt, and instead of professionally informing me that the number on the receipt is required to collect my order, she turned around and sarcastically told her Chinese colleague that I didn’t want it, questioning how I would know my number.

Then, it became a joke between the staff. The Malay woman passed the message to another Malay male staff who prepared my drink, and they all began laughing about it right in front of me. He then deliberately called out my order number multiple times, knowing I wouldn’t recognize it, and intentionally placed my drink to the side instead of the usual spot where completed orders are placed.

When I approached to take my drink, he still questioned me and asked for my order number before handing it over, clearly just to continue the mockery. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also extremely disrespectful and immature. I left without causing a scene because I didn’t want to engage with such childish and rude behavior, but I’m honestly fed up.

Is this the kind of attitude Mixue accepts from their staff? Do they not receive proper customer service training? It’s really disappointing to be treated this way at a place I used to enjoy. Management should seriously...

Yesterday I’m going to buy my favourite jasmine green tea, but now not sale anymore… Ok, maybe me the first ppl black list mixue 😭 Im buy jaasmine green tea starting all outlets mixue opened any outle if I go im must buy jasmine green tea because im like the taste and not to sweet, and also im have gastric can’t mix with lemon… Its ok, maybe can find better fresh drink after im I have been subscribed to mixue for years. Update2 anyone looking for get fresh green tea can go beside mixue shope name bingxue cheap quality taste and friendly staff…I buy 4 drink and get cooler bag...

Worst attitude. Please train your staff properly, he has to know on going promotion, i ask for one of the promotion item and he didn't inform me that the item still not available until wednesday. He also repeat the order, but didn't inform me until the order was ready. Also i order 3 ice cream, but just get 1 spoon? Do i have to share with...
