I have to say out of the 5 places I've tried for Vietnamese food in Penang Saigon Sisters has been by far the best in Penang. First let me tell you this place is in a tucked away corner by Mout Residence. Its in a small building by the entrance of Mout Residence. There are other stalls in the small building as well. I got the pork belly Banh Mi and I was satisfied in my mouth with the crispy pork belly and Banh bread entering my mouth. Then the Ice Coffee was great as they added the right amount of condensed milk. My friend got the hot version and they brought it out with the vietnamese coffee dripper to drip the coffee into the mug right in front of you. The fried spring rolls were crispy and amazing as well. Please give this place business. They are friendly owners and they make amazing food...

There is a lot to rave about this humble establishment; a family-run business. Boon and Carmen(Vietnamese) takes every detail into consideration. From the ingredients, packaging, flavor, hospitality and more. I love how their soft and crusty Vietnamese baguette(Banh Mi) are freshly baked every day, roasted pork and lemongrass chicken beautifully flavored, and their Vietnamese iced lime tea is darn refreshing. My personal favorites are the lemongrass chicken Banh mi, Bún thit nuong, roasted pork on the side and their iced lime tea. Truly authentic Vietnamese street food. Warning: Their food can be very addictive 😂 You will not be able to stay away from it once you sink your teeth in. It’s my kind of...

An unforgettable experience!

This humble eatery is run by a loving husband and wife. The wife is Vietnamese and makes all the food together with her brother (if I'm not mistaken).

It was my first time trying banh mi and I'm glad I tried it here as it did not disappoint! Bread is all freshly baked on the premises and it tasted divine overall!

My favorites were the crispy pork and lemongrass chicken banh mis. Full of flavour, quality was 100%, we couldn't ask for more!

This eatery also welcomes dogs as the owners have 4 dogs themselves!

Price points are generally lower than those established joints but the selection is limited.
