Read moreOn the 21st December in the evening,me and 7 others came to this restaurant to have our dinner,as the review is good.
We sat table 23,ordered few dishes and one of them is their famous " Kuruma " Chicken, which is basically a Chinese Version of the Mamak Roti Canai with Coconut Chicken.
We enjoyed the dinner. However, the next day, my wife,sister-in-law and myself had food poisoning. Please do understand that we all ate the same food the entire trip.
We had diarrhea and vomitting and went to see doctor to get medications.
When we called the restaurant to make complaint, one of the staff is rude and ignorant in checking the chicken gravy has issue or not. Instead, they claimed thar their food are hygienic. (Note to all: we did not have anything else after the dinner).
They indirectly putting blame on us and did not take any actions after the call.
Utterly disappointed with the service and handling the problem with their customers.
I will not come to StarView anymore to have their food, not because of the food. But because of the service...

I registered my complaint with your captain and receptionist; their response was that this is your standard practice. Frankly, having worked in the food and beverage industry, this is not acceptable service. When clearing used plates, the proper procedure is to remove them one at a time, not all at once, to avoid conveying an implicit directive for the...
