Tasty food with the worst service I have ever come across in a franchise business. Services that only in a Stephan Chow comedy could be imaginably as bad. Is there no quality assurance nor audit?! I arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and have been waiting at the second table facing the cashier (who was just too preoccupied with his mobile phone). 20 minutes later I was told that the sambal-lemak spaghetti was out of stock and have to wait for another 20 minutes for a replacement. We were greeted by a friendly young lady as we entered to make our order at the counter. The place is very clean, even the toilet is clean with good smell. My son forgot to close the toilet door as he came out. A staff happened to pass by and saw it. He closed it and immediately wash his hands! Good hygiene practice.

In the midst of dining, I had itchy throat and was coughing. The friendly lady served me with a mug of warm water to sooth my throat, so thoughtful!
