The KF Guesthouse is a budget hotel at a busy Burmah Road. The place is very new, just about 3 months old since it started operating. The rooms are very clean so are the toilets. Room rates are very reasonable, at Rm 95 for a family room (1 queen + 1 single bed). Room has no ensuite toilet and you have to share the common toilets. No breakfast is served also but the pantry is equipt with free drinking water (hot and cold) and there is a fridge in there too.||||For those who drive there, parking is a bit of a challenged as they dont have a dedicated parking space. You need to cross the road and park your car in front of a building opposite the guesthouse.||||The staff are friendly and greeted you with apleasant smile and acknowleged your presents.||||Location is very strategic too.. you can find many eateries around the place.. chinese, muslim and indonesian nasi padang food can be found just a short distance away. The scenic and happening Gurney Drive is also a walking distance.. around 15 minutes by foot.||||Eventhough the rooms are small and we have to share the common toilets, something we have not done before, we were suprised that it was not that bad either.. with good aircon, clean rooms, clean toilets and hot water in the toilets, we are a happy and satisfied customer! :)||||Tip: if you need a bigger room with attached bathroom, pls request their masterbedroom upstairs. If you need extra bed they will accomodate your request and provide an extra mattress without...

I find the place is clean, comfortably and value for money eventhough the shower room is a bit too small (even for asian). ||All in all, the place is centrally located. It is within a walking distance to Thai and Burmese Temple, Pulau Tikus Wet Market, and 24h Indian food. The vegetarian and noodle soup (night time only) are very popular.||You dont have to spend much on transport (taxi)...
