BlackBall Bukit Indah — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

They used to be great in taste, with quality and good portion, but this time round the desserts we bought were extremely shocking.

Took away a Green Tea Crushed ice dessert and a warm black glutinous rice with sweet peanut dumpling dessert, total cost for 2 were close to Rm40 inclusive of SST.

However upon opening the dessert at home, the quality is shocking, both of the item basically look like a Rm5-7 dessert or even worse, the crushed ice looks rough, it looks like a afterthought plain crushed ice with green tea syrup splashed on it. Also the portion has been greatly reduced as well as compared to what we used to have before.

Not sure if it is the problem of this Bukit Indah outlet only or it is the same applies to other location, but for sure will not consider to patron Bukit...

First time eating black ball. I bought the cranberry add on with chocolate ice cream. They serve with a neat little wooden box that enhance the presentation quite a bit for me.

The day's specialty can't be purchase on the other days so make sure to come on the right day if you are aiming for their specialty.

Apparently you can customise the bowl according to what you want. They have cold and hot options if you are wondering.

The service quite fast and i enjoyed my first time there. The parking around this area is a bit difficult.

8/10, i would repeat again if i want...

The ice was hard, rough, very unpalatable, and there were very few ingredients. I ordered the matcha flavor, but the matcha taste was not obvious. Although I reported my problem to the clerk, they just changed a bowl of ice for me. It was fine on the surface. The ice but the inside is still very rough and tasteless.
