Hotel Fortune Bukit Indah — Hotel in Iskandar Puteri

Book this because of high rating on google, so disappointed. Booked online for family room end up aircon spoilt but in front of us is 4 adult was given family room but ours is 2 adult n 2 kids give us 2 room also no use. Staff lack of knowledge since she know only left 2 family room, 1 aircon spoilt should ask the earlier person whether want 2 room or not since they are 4 adult instead of asking us. No refund for downgrading the room also because the staff said I paid online is cheaper than the king room of the price there so if I cancel I need to pay more for the king room but the family room price there is higher 30 ringgit difference. Still want to ask for deposit and ask for tourist tax as I already paid online.

Misleading listing and poor hygiene – disappointing experience

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell. The bed sheets were a bit dirty, and the air conditioner was covered in a thick layer of dust, which is unacceptable for basic hygiene.

Additionally, the hotel listing on Agoda stated that there was a bathtub and free parking, but in reality, neither was available. I feel this is misleading and potentially deceptive to consumers.

I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves both the cleanliness and the accuracy of its listings. Guests deserve transparency and a hygienic...

We had to send our car nearby for some work that will take 2 days. Walked-in the hotel to enquire for room availability. We were greeted by an Indian lady (unfortunately we didn’t get her name).
