I recently had the pleasure of dining at Souper Tang located in Aeon Bukit Indah, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and would give it a well-deserved 5-star rating.
The service at Souper Tang was impeccable. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations.
The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the signature soups. The flavors were rich and captivating, leaving me wanting more with every spoonful. The depth of taste and the careful balance of ingredients truly impressed me. It’s evident that Souper Tang takes pride in crafting these delicious, soul-warming soups.
I also had the pleasure of trying the Five Spice Meat Roll, and it was a delight. The combination of spices and textures made for a truly mouthwatering dish. Additionally, the Signature Stone Pot Rice, steamed over pork, was a revelation. The fragrant aroma and perfectly cooked ingredients made it an absolute must-try item on the menu.
Another standout dish was the Sauteed Broccoli with Beancurd Knot. The flavors were bold and the beancurd knot remained crispy, adding a delightful crunch to the dish. It was a refreshing and satisfying option for those seeking a vegetable-based dish.
One dish that left a lasting impression on me was the Steamed Chicken with Cordyceps Flower and Chicken Essence. The chicken was tender and infused with incredible flavors from the cordyceps flower and chicken essence. It was a harmonious blend of taste and texture that I highly recommend.

Read morei had been buying concentration bird nest for many years. Lately I want to buy the bird nest and boiled by ourselves. So without second thought, I went to purchase it from Souper Tang at Bukit Indah.
To our surprise, after soaking the bird nest for an hour, it did not expand. So we soaked for the whole day but it did not expand too much either. We proceeded the boiled the nest bird and the taste is hard. So I first whatsapp the customer service from Souper Tang what we had encounter. So below is how Souper Tang do their Service Recovery. First, he asked me photo for the one which we soaked but we did not take it. Next, he requested us to do try another one but this time, that photo. But he did not mention that this one need to keep. After showing him the result, which is the same as the first one, the reply was that this is NORMAL! Note that this is for human to eat, how can such a big company not worry the safety of his customer? After that, I insisted for an exchange then the management reluctantly accept it but they want back the 2 that were already soaked. The way Souper Tang handle this issue is very bad. Read moreSharing a review on Souper Tang at Bukit Indah outlet. Totally horrified by their service. Went there and decided to check out their outlet after the renovation. However, we placed an order for one of their new dishes - rice with fish maw and golden broth. We waited 30 mins for the dish that never arrived.
After I had finished all our other food and drinks, we asked the waiter when it would arrive, he said needed to wait about 10 more mins. Then we waited and asked the next waitress. She said oh rice not cooked properly and needed to wait. That waitress did not even bother to go to the kitchen to find out what was the reason of the delay and just gave us a reason to dismiss our concerns.
After waiting for so long, we decided to go the counter and asked for the manager who happened to be the cashier. It is honestly mortifying why a manager is a cashier when she should be managing the floor staff who are the service crew.
To top it off, that manager just said oh there is a problem with the rice cooker. I said ok, but no one explained to us and we could have changed our orders.
She didn’t even bother to do a service recovery. She just apologised and asked if other dishes came and didn’t even asked if I was a member. I had to even tell her I’m a member. Of all the outlets, I have been to. This is the worst Souper...
