Princeton Hotel — Hotel in Iskandar Puteri

Not recommend. Understand it is a budget hotel but the the room is too dirty and full with dust. They may just do cleaning by changing the bed sheet. Room filled with unpleasant smell. Kind of corpse/anti-pesticide powder/too old unliving house smell. The room is too small with no table. No water boiler in the room but you may get hot water from water station outside. And worst, in the morning of checkout day, WATER FROM TOILET BOWL COME OUT FROM SHOWER AREA Hole, when we flush the toilet.. My colleague help to book this hotel as we have some emergency errand at BI, hence it just happened we booked the hotel. The counter people customer service is good though (this is the only credit they have), however by adding around rm20/rm30, you may get a better hotel plus with no package of flu and allergies after checkout. Just wanted a good night sleep. Choose a single bed room with window, window handle broken, changed to a new one. Came back from dinner to shower, middle of shower realise soap dispenser not dispensing, went downstairs to complaint, receptionist say will come and check in awhile. Went back to room and waited 5 mins (it's 11:20pm), went down again to find him SMOKING outside. He gave an excuse saying someone is bringing back the shampoo and soap and ask me why am i in such a hurry, then i can't take it anymore and told him to fix it right away and he proceed to take two bottle of the same thing saying it is both shampoo and soap and fix it in the dispenser. I’ve stayed at the hotel for over a month (paid by company). Overall it was a nice place. The housekeepers (David and Liza) were really helpful and the frontdesk lady (Kak V) was really friendly throughout my stay there. They cleaned my room and changed the towels everyday, just flip the doorknob sign to ‘make up room’ or to ‘do not disturb’ if you plan to stay in the room the whole day 😅. There’s an iron and water cooler in the hall. They even sell snacks and drinks in the reception area. It may not be a 5-star hotel, but its clean and safe.
