WIN’S House Cafe Sireh Park — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

Food served super slow and some never come.

Food also served not according to the sequence of tables.

Staff never check order.

Waited for 30 minutes for the thai chicken chop butter rice but the other two main dishes never come.

Total waited for more than one hour and yet they serve the food to the tables that arrived later than us. During that one hour, has asked the staff for more than three times but was told the food is still preparing, the pizza is still baking.

In the end, I asked the staff the last time whether the food is ready. Finally, was told the truth that the pizza is not ready (in fact, I believe they skipped our order but they denied and said other table also for almost 1.5 hours and adviced us to cancel the pizza.

The other table that arrived later than us have had all their food and have finished and left. But us? Felt that we are a joke.

Especially when today is Mother's day celebration and my mother's order never come.

Took our dinner few hours ago at Winns restaurant.I would say the food actually sucks I had tried the pasta prawn salsa. I felt the food wasn’t even seasoned well can’t even taste the primary ingredient salt! It states that it’s a seafood pasta where there were only 2 prawns, 2 rings of squid and the pasta was so less.I never have seen a dish served with only 2 prawns where they charge us Rm 35. To be honest,I have eaten much better dish, totally this is one of the horrible pasta dish I ever tasted.

Service was not up to expectation. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food to served and had to request multiple times to clear our empty plates due to the lack of waiter/waitress.

I would say the restaurant just suits the ambience since it has a lake view. If you are thinking to have scrumptious meals I am definitely not recommending and it does not worth the price we are paying for.

Recently visited Win's House Cafe and had the chance to try their grilled chicken chop, seafood pasta, mushroom soup and chocolate ice blended.The food presentation was visually pleasing, but the overall taste left much to be desired. The pricing was on par with standard western dishes, with the chicken chop priced around RM20+.

The cafe's ambiance was delightful, boasting a spacious and cozy setting with a high ceiling and brick wall design. It's a great venue for parties and events, although the downside is the restroom being quite far away.
