I actually ordered using Zus Coffee apps, ordering 3 drinks, 2 Coconut Latte and 1 Spanish Coconut Latte. But I'm not sure if the staff itself or the rider got the wrong order when the rider sent out our drinks and i got Strawberry lychee and Almond Chocolate instead of my Latte? I found out that the drinks had no label on it and maybe the panda rider itself got confused with the order since it had no label on it. But luckily the customer service on Zus centre got this case quickly solved and refunded the money so i could order again and get my order right. Please to the owner of Zus Coffee Nusa Bestari, i hope this case never happened again and please don't forget to label the order. I would consider myself a loyal Zus addict until I visited this branch. I ordered a hot cup of Australian Chocolate and I was shocked to receive only half a cup of content. I had not experienced this at any other outlets bearing in mind that this is my usual order. Upon approaching the staffs, they got visibly upset at me for confronting them and drained the content telling me they would make a new one. The new one was absolutely dilute with milk and had no chocolate taste to it. What a way to ruin my evening ! I had been here on 28/12/2024 about 10.20pm. When we go inside one of the staff said “we’re already closed” but the shop is still open. Then we came out we saw that few customers were going in and they purchased the drinks. Then we want to order online to check whether still available or not. Obviously, the shop is still open and can accepts orders too until 10.40pm in online. The Malay staff can speak Tamil also. When i ask them back why didnt take our orders by walk-in, they couldn’t reply to me.
