Will recommend you always check your car after you send your car for washing at banafee village!!
Have come here for years to dine in with my family and get our car wash with them.
Last Tuesday, we realised our car paint got scraped and it was highly likely due to the water jet they use.
I fought tooth and nail for compensation (more than an hour) and the worker promised to reimburse the full painting job. However, in the end, after getting the painting job done in Singapore, they told me it's too expensive and they want to reimburse with their packages instead but why would I want to trust them with my car again? I fought for compensation over the phone with the worker and after many times of begging him to understand my pov, we agreed on about 51.1% of the total cost I took to repair. I came down to collect the money a week later because they cannot do overseas transfer. I felt there were so many inconveniences caused and I asked to spoke to the manager for further compensation. To avoid making the matter worse, he gave me more compensation. I got a total of 68.1% of the total cost I spent to repair the car.
I hope the company learns to deal with this kind of circumstances better in the future. They wanted me to pity them because they don't earn much... but at the end of the day, they run a business which I am sure is profitable from all the upselling of packages and the high traffic of people who come to eat at banafee.
If they want me to not fight for compensation because they don't earn much as a car wash company and they claim because we are Singaporeans, we earn more money than them, so we should close one eye, then at least be very respectful in handling the situation. Don't go back on your words in the first place when you said you will compensate us in full. Don't try to manipulate us and say the damage was already there when clearly the damage looks like a water jet has caused it. What goes around comes around.
So think twice when you want to get your car wash here. Be ready to have to fight for compensation if anything unfortunate happens.

Read moreit was 9 pm in Ramadan.
the food was not that bad but didnt taste anything special. just the usual u could actually get at mamak, except its a bit overpriced. plus, they charged rm13 for a juice with the same amount of other drinks. they used the exact same glass for a milo ais and juice but decided to charge the juice for a questionable price. i actually thought to myself maybe they planted their own fruits, who knows.
first of all, the workers were definitely not friendly. they had many young workers that dont actually know how to serve customers. maybe they should improve their customer services by teaching their young staffs to actually treat customers well.
staff ramai tapi bila nak order, dia tolak dia tolak dia. had to call them 2-3 times for them to actually take our orders. bila tengah order, cakap dgn customer macam borak dgn member pulak staffnya.
the food were late. specifically, the drinks. it arrived later than the food which is not understandable because we didnt order some fancy drinks that takes time to make. we ordered some usual drinks that people ordered at mamak; milo ais, kopi ais and sirap limau.
not only happened to me, but also the table beside me and a family two tables away from us. they complained about the food being served late eventho some customers who arrived later than us got their drinks first which i find very biased.
tried to think positive maybe i was a bit unlucky or the staffs are tired bcs it was in Ramadan but will not repeat my visit and will not recommend it to anyone, but if u can tolerate bad and late service, then u can give...
Read moreDisgusting experience on 10 November 2024 around 12.30am with your shisha personnel, short guy in blue and white stripe argentina jersey (possibly arabian). My husband baby and I went to the hut table to sit..this table was empty with not a single item on it. As we are about to sit down, this man at the shisha counter far away signal something to me. Then this shisha guy from his counter said the table taken by that guy and he came to order his shisha.
First of all, nothing left on the table so how can you reserve a table like that and why should I vacant a table when you did not sit nor leave anything on it. When I told to the shisha guy that table was empty nothing on it, how can reserve like this and ask people to leave a empty table, this shisha guy said "too much" to me and did some hand gesture and walked away.
I had to take my baby on a stroller away because two men (clearly not gentlemen at all) decided they needed an empty table more than a baby and a mother. Shame on those two men. Also shame on that shisha guy for being so ungentleman and rude. Why you gotta talk on behalf of another man. Another staff apologised on his behalf but this shisha guy didn't apologise until the very end for...
