Hi, I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. I ordered Nasi Goreng Tomyam Seafood and Nasi Goreng Kampung Seafood, but had to wait nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes just to receive the Nasi Goreng Kampung. The other dish was still not served during that time.
After such a long wait, I was extremely disappointed to find that all three prawns in my Nasi Goreng were completely uncooked. I even checked with one of your waiters, and he confirmed that the prawns were indeed raw.
It’s unacceptable to wait this long and then receive food that cannot be eaten. This shows a serious lack of attention to food preparation and quality control. I hope your team will take immediate action to address this issue — both to ensure it doesn’t happen again, and to make it right for this incident.
I would appreciate it if you could respond or provide a resolution regarding...
Read moreOrdered the daging but it’s kinda tough to chew even though they’ve sliced it to cube but its giving us extra exercise 😂 Pad kra pao is just nice It is not what i expected but had to give points to the telur wangi, I love my telur goreng with maggi sauce. The raw oyster are good though it’s not as bad or smelly as what people portray on media. But eat with the green dipping, so goood.
Service also just fine. We didn’t wait for too long not even 10 minutes so shocked. But people beside my table waited a bit longer I think because there’s many customers. Waitress also very attentive took our dishes soon as we finished. The lady at the counter were too casual 😅 Had to wait longer even though there’s no one yang beratur cus tak tahulah dia pergi mana
Overall, would recommend to those wanted to eat miang pla pao. But in praises there’s also room for...
Read moreThis shop serves a variety of dishes, Thai, Seafood, Local etc. Their Latok (sea grapes) are fresh, and their slightly spice green sauce is quite delicious. The oysters which comes to 4 a set is also quite fresh, and is well matched when dipped in the green sauce. Treat it as a localised tabasco sauce. Their Miang Pla Pao taste and fried prawn size is quite good too.
Their nasi goreng (fried rice) is a slight letdown though, with its overpowering white pepper taste - the spiciness did not come from the cili padi (bird’s eye chili), but from the white pepper.
Overall, it was a good experience. Parking is by the roadside, where almost everybody in the neighbourhood parks.
Drinks came 5 minutes after ordering. Food came in batches as soon as they’re ready, which everything had arrived in 30 minutes...
