I saw the good Google reviews and wanted to taste Indian food. During that time period, I was the only non-Indian in the restaurant and I ordered Chicken Varuval and Vegetarian Meals.

An Indian waitress served the meal and the Indian style of Keropok, Papadam, and I noticed that she took Papadam out of a large jar, all of which were less complete pieces of Papadam. I started to enjoy the food and found that the Papadam was not crispy, I thought it was just that all Papadam was not crispy and did not immediately give feedback to the waitress. While I was eating, I noticed that the Papadam that the waitress had served to the other customers had been taken out of another box, and they were all whole and seemingly fresh Papadams. I then feed back to the waitress that my Papadam was not crispy, and the waitress didn't know how to react, so she called the store manager, and he replied that they were sorry that it might have been left for too long.

my deep disappointment following my recent visit to your establishment on 15/6. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell well below expectations for several reasons.

Firstly, the service was unprofessional, the lack of courtesy from the staff, it felt as though our presence was more of an inconvenience than a valued visit. Simple requests were either ignored or significantly delayed, which set a very negative tone for the evening.

Secondly, the food was severely underwhelming. For the high prices charged, we expected meals that were at least flavorful and well-prepared. Instead, what we received was bland, poorly presented, and entirely forgettable. It’s incredibly disappointing to pay a premium for what turned out to be a tasteless and unsatisfying meal.

On my recent visit, I decided to try something different. I had their pani puri, which was fun, crispy, and bursting with flavour.
