To my delight, I stumbled upon this hidden gem that not only opened its doors at 9 am but also boasted a reputation for specialty brews. Stepping inside, I was immediately greeted by the invigorating aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans, a sensory experience that set the stage for what was to come. Ordered a handcrafted brew, I found myself engrossed in a captivating conversation with the owner, whose genuine passion for the craft of coffee was palpable. From bean to cup, I gleaned insightful knowledge about the intricate art of coffee making—a delightful bonus to complement the exquisite flavor of my beverage.

走进朝暮咖啡烘焙，仿佛唤醒了所有感官。温暖的阳光透过落地窗，映出光影在光滑的水泥地板和裸露的红砖墙上跳动。低声的交谈和意式咖啡机的嘶嘶声交织在一起，老式木桌与舒适扶手椅随意摆放，让你可以随时安坐，沈浸在慵懒的时光里。

吧台后方，整排玻璃罐里整齐陈列着来自埃塞俄比亚、哥伦比亚和苏门答腊的单品豆，还有店内招牌的“朝晨”拼配和“暮夜”浓缩。每一批豆子都在店内当日烘焙，几小时后即可用来冲煮。你会在第一口热气中闻到柑橘的清新，拿铁散发出蜜香的醇厚，氮气冷萃则带来丝绒般的顺滑。

Newly opened last month. Location is a bit remote, roughly 8 mins walk from Mount Austin epicenter.

Boss is a friendly young chap who just returned from taiwan and is really knowledgable with his craft.

Ordered the cappucino and lemon butter cake [cheers for brewing it to my liking :)]

Had an extensive chat with the boss, from roasting to brewing even down to the nitty gritty of the cost of his store.

Bought a pack of his Dawn beans as per recommended from my taste profile. He pays attention to your preference and make appriopriate recommendations.

Lemon Butter Cake was delish, coffee was brewed to perfection at the right temperature.
