Starbucks - Lotus's Desa Tebrau — Restaurant in Johor

Hi, I would like to file a customer service complaint that I have experienced from your staff.

Location: Starbucks Lotus Tebrau Outlet

My first time coming here but ended up with an unpleasant experience. The staffs are totally unfriendly and not even welcoming like other outlets. I must say this is the worst experience I've encountered ever since I hang out at Starbucks. The best outlet I recommended for you guys to go to is Taman Molek and Setia Tropika cause their customer service are top-notch!

Here in the Lotus Tebrau outlet, I've encountered:

1. All the staffs a total of 4 are not welcoming and friendly, not even putting a smile. We just started the day at 10 am, why are you guys so sour?

2. I have to wait around 8-10 mins at the counter just for the 4 staff to handle the drive-thru and maybe Online orders. (mind you, they already saw me but acts nothing, at least informing me to wait for a while will do instead of just ignoring me for minutes)

3. This is the most unfriendly vibe I have experienced the whole years I visited Starbucks. I am a Starbucks lover and love their menus, but please advise your staffs to be more friendly and welcoming.

Definitely will be the first and the last coming to the Lotus Tebrau outlet. Please improve your customer...

👎 Feedback: I'm a regular customer of Starbucks @ Lotus Tebrau.

I'm quite disappointed with the new manager or supervisor, I guess. Please train the staff to prepare beverages with the correct measurements. There's no issue with the taste of the tall size, but whenever I order a venti size, 99% of the time I'm super disappointed. It's not the same taste as the tall size, obviously the measurements are off.

In just one month, there have been three disappointing incidents. First, I asked if they had any food containers at the drive-thru because I was sure they had them. However, I was told no. When I went in and checked, I found a food container without a price tag. There wasn't even an apology for the wrong information given when I approached the supervisor, I believe her name started with S.

The other two incidents are about the taste of the venti-size drinks.

👍 The good point: I am always excited to see my favorite baristas 😍Naz, 🤩Fir, and 😇Aidil - I wonder why they keep getting them to move to different outlets

💡Suggestion: Pls train your baristas with the measurement; sedap x sedap we terpaksa minum as the drinks are not cheap to just throw.

I went to the starbucks to buy java chip bc I have a bad day I want something sweet but the staff said if I wanna try the new recipe it’s same like java chip. So I trust this staff bc he knows better la if he work at starbuck but then when I wanna pay they change staff (the one who took my order) to someone else and literally she asked “ada order ke?” So I said yeah ada (bc why I’m in a lane if I didn’t order. So they took quite time to confirm my order and pay. BUT the second I taste the drink it’s far from java chip. TAK SEDAP LANGSUNG. It taste a bit if mint inside which I hate it. So I’m writing this down bc I’m disappointed and dissatisfied. Literally I want something sweet bc I hv a bad day but this?? Just add on...
