As I entered the familiar fast-food joint, greeted by the familiar sights and smells of crispy fries and sizzling burgers. The air was filled with the tantalizing aroma of grilled chicken, promising a delicious start to my day. Ordering was a breeze, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff who swiftly took my order. Within minutes, I was handed a warm, freshly prepared chicken burger that was as satisfying as it was tasty. Taking a seat by the window, I indulged in my meal, savouring each bite as I watched the world go by. The burger was a delightful blend of crispy chicken, fresh lettuce, and creamy mayo, sandwiched between soft, toasted buns—a perfect harmony of flavours and textures. Lady in charge at the counter will tell customers to order from the kiosk instead of taking any orders from those who go up to the counter in the first place- tbh, this is the first time encountering this. Is this the new policy?

No table service- literally no numbers available next to the kiosk by the end of ordering for table service instead of pickup service.

Air-cond almost non- functioning, place wasn't fully packed btw(10-12 ppl at the time perhaps?)

No receipt from kiosk- I told the lady in charge at the counter no receipt available but luckily I used QR code to pay at the kiosk & I remembered what I ordered, so there is proof.

The lady instead of printing the receipt, told me the order number.

I ordered one drink with no ice, however, you guessed it, the drink came with ice.

Seats are not even properly cleaned + poorly maintained, you can easily see dust and the tears of some seats.

I really do hope the manager of the establishment will do something about these setbacks or I guess sooner or later, more pressing issues may arise.

Yea.....its mediocore at its fullest. As a visitor from Klang Valley, I realised hunting for breakfast in this area is difficult, so I would have thought this will be saviour but nahhhhhh. Youre gonna have to wait till 9am for it open.

Anyways, Ive managed to go in there few days later to try out their restaurant. Of course, they dont provide their Mix&Match promo, but didnt charge taxes too (cause we all know why). Ive then redeemed one of the McD sets. Sausage McMuffin (I think), the one that comes with an egg, and cheese inside and a cup of Milo (RM8.50 without tax). Pretty OK, just the breakfast I need.

Atmosphere looks promising...and I said that because its interior design, placements of tables, are has potential just that its really dark and musty feeling in there. Therefore, even if the food tastes excellent...my guts will spit it out by force. So, potential is there, keep it cleaner, then it will be an ideal place.
