We were suggested thru Google Maps to try this restaurant, but the overall experience was really bad.

1. The moment we arrived and sat on a table. The waitress was busy chatting with the cashier while we wondered if this restaurant required to do self-ordering. After about 3-4 mins, then the waitress gave us the QR code and menu

2. We waited like 40 mins to get our dim sum and rice dish, but that time was only 2 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. SERIOUSLY... SUPER DUPER SLOW FOOD PREPARATION!

3. Items are overpriced as per quality. The nasi kerabu was off for us. The salted egg was frozen cold! The fried chicken pieces and wantan were cold like prepared an hour ago. Everything is cold except the white rice. Dim sum is very average. Curry mee is still acceptable.

If you’re on the lookout for Curry Noodles, give the one served at Morning Kedah a try. This halal restaurant serves a generous serving of curry mee or curry bihun together with chicken, fried taufoo and cockles. Despite the impression that you need to add these on in the menu, it actually all comes as standard and the additions are only necessary if you want more of a particular ingredient. Oh yes do be aware that cockles are standard with the dish so if you don’t eat it, leave a note saying “no cockles” or “tak nak kerang” in your order. Also notable is the chicken roll which is the halal version of the chinese deep fried “Lobak” roll. There’s also a small selection of dim sum dishes.
