I was at Nandos with my family to have dinner of Peri Peri Soup and other dishes.
It was 9. When arrived, we noticed the volume of the music is too loud not even hearing the people besides us when discussing what to order.
My companion immediately go to the counter to ask for the volume to be slowed down.
The Manager said "This is how our system works. We cannot slow it down."
My companion said, "We are just here a week before and the volume is not like this."
The Manager does not respond.
When my companion came back to the table she told what she has been told.
I immediately go to the counter to complain again. "We are here to eat. Not dancing all night long"
The Manager "The music is not set by us. It's the system" with a face that doesn't want to even entertain customer.
I then replied, "then turn it off if you don't even know how to slow it down."
At the same time, my brother is trying to pay for our order. This is what the manager said "No food to eat" while what we are ordering does have food, Peri Peri Soup with garlic bread x3, Peri Peri Wedges, Peri Peri Fries and Caesar salad.
This is my first time that I went to Nandos with a really bad and worst customer service.
We went there at the same outlet because we are so satisfied going there at 20th September at night. Different staff, different Manager.
But not this time. Hope you take my...

Had lunch here during the first day of CNY but oh my... the amount of times I cursed internally..
Looks like they're undermanned but still chose to open.
Firstly, the waiter attending to customers did not bother to wear his masks properly. He was the one that prepared our drinks. I saw him preparing about 5 cups of drinks, and with the drinks infront of him, spoke to others for a few minutes without wearing his mask. God knows how much saliva landed on my drinks. I guess no one follows the new enforcement in Selangor where F&B workers are required to wear masks.
Secondly, my food has been ready for about 10 minutes (I am not exaggerating). It was placed on the counter for that long before the waiter brought the food to us. The 10 minutes of wait time was so bad. Every single minute that went passed, my blood boiled and even thought of walking to the counter to have my food served by myself. When I finally received the food, I said my food is already cold, but the waiter just looked at me and walked away. Great!
Overall, super bad experience in a restaurant that...

Service-wise, the group of ladies who served me were exceptional—friendly, efficient, and provided a 5-star experience. Their attention to detail and warm approach made the dining experience pleasant.
However, my experience was marred by an issue when it came to ordering. My phone was having trouble reading QR codes, something I had communicated to the staff before. Typically, they accommodate by taking the order at the counter, but this time, the manager/supervisor—a larger(FAT) Malay gentleman—insisted I place the order via the table despite the issue. Unfortunately, this created frustration, and I ended up walking away, feeling disappointed(18/12/24-8:15pm)
