Seni Sattisorru Klang Branch — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

The restaurant looks nice.. but food was ok ok only.. the worst part was the waiting time.. we went in a group of 8pax.. the food was served for 2pax within 15 mins.. the other 2 got their food in next 10 mins and the last 4 got out food served after 45 mins.. there was a girl at counter who took our order keep looking at us and knowing it's already late she don't have courtesy to come and inform us anything.. and when we asked her.. she said she can only check in the kitchen and nothing much she can do... Then an elderly men came and helped to get the food served faster.. as we got our food almost 1 hour later.. we didn't really able to enjoy the food.. we don't mind waiting and we truly understand the peak hours.. but keep us informed.. arrange some snacks like peanut or murukku if you keep your patron waiting more than 20 mins.. just a...

This is my 4th or 5th time here but the food was terrible this time i ordered mutton ghee rice and my mom had prawn ghee rice

1st the mutton ghee rice The rice was cold . Egg was cold and the mutton was like bones and fat . No flavour at all plus when i called them and told them the food is lacking of flavour n too less mutton pieces thy gave us one bowl but when i feel like my complete meal was not fresh it din tasted good ..

2nd prawn ghee rice also no flavour at all same rice . Egg and ritta din have flavour at all the rice was cold and

Its the worst

Plus after i told them tht my food has issue we can hear them shouting at the kitchen we din feel like sitting there for much longer …

Pls look into this i spend 50.00 for this kind of experience it...

Hi , we came on chinese new year 2nd day , Had a very bad experience came here with family , bad management, we have been wait for 2 hour plus the food is not be served after a hour more then only the staff came and told that food is finish ... we like uhh finish you make us wait for 1 hour plus and telling food is finish ?? Very late service ... even a milo ice takes 40 minutes to served im seriously dont know whats happen here. 1st time came here had a bad experience here. This is my honest review regarding this shop , my advice don't come on the festival, public holday time because food served so so so lateee until you will lost the feel hungry and here iam dont know on weekdays and weekend is the situation...
