We love the food here, coming once a week regularly. My daughter loves banana leaf rice but I prefer to try different dishes which I never try before. So we ordered the banana leaf rice 1 set for my daughter and ordered chicken masala & brew coffee for myself that day. The veggies are good, so we kept refilling the veggies, then the fellow dun know is a manager or supervisor or not show us angry face, talking to us in angry tone. When my daughter went to settle the bill she found an rm5 extra charge, so she asked for explanation. He angrily said that he has charged us extra RM5 coz I m sharing the veggies of her set. I dun mind paying this VERY BIG RM5, but he can talk to me nicely that he wanted to charge me this when we request for refilling, not that you put in the bill without noticing me and scolding me for sharing the food in between. We are 2 person in family, we always share food. We did request for many times refill but we finished every bit of them except a few drops of the sauce/kuah that we are unable to take with spoon. If you make an offer of unlimited refill, you dun kira how many times your customer refills it, only if wasted food you charge. And I m not having only 1 set of food for 2 person but not ordering other food(actually the food & drinks I ordered for myself costs much more than a set of banana rice set). SCOLDING customer for loving your food too much? My young daughter is very much hurt. We felt insulted and never felt like coming again. I still gave 2 stars for the service coz other waiters there I am happy & even become frens earning 5 stars if this not happened. But this guy brought down everything.

My dad, who is diabetic, ordered a simple nasi goreng biasa, while my mum ordered nasi lemak. My mum’s food arrived within 5 to 10 minutes, but my dad’s dish took over 25 minutes to come out. During that time, we noticed another family who arrived after us received all their meals within 5 to 10 minutes. We asked the waiter several times about our order, and each time he just said, “Wait, wait.” Only after that did we actually see him go to the kitchen to place the order, which clearly had not been sent in the first place. This was especially concerning because my dad needed to eat soon due to his diabetes. Delaying his meal like that could have caused serious health issues. There were about 5 to 6 staff members standing around, pretending to be busy while doing nothing to help. One even said, “The kitchen is very busy today,” which honestly should not be the customer’s problem. After multiple reminders to the staff, instead of checking with the person who took our order, a staff member named Selva accused us of not ordering properly, treating us as if we were at fault.
This escalated into an argument, and when my brother voiced his frustration, Selva stood there staring in a confrontational and provoking manner. This behavior was completely unprofessional and could have led to an even worse situation.
The food itself was below average, and with such appalling customer service, I can't see how this establishment can sustain its business. I strongly urge the management to train their staff on basic respect and proper service etiquette. Not every customer will walk away like we did.
