On 27th December 2023 Evening 6:30pm me and my family are decided to invite my uncle and aunty to enjoy a lovely bak kut teh at this restaurant seng huat bak kut teh which is my favourite place supposely ok. Every time when i visit visiting kuala lumpur i will definitely take a ride to this restaurant for a lovely bak kut teh with my family and relatives...not until tonight...an extraordinary experience which pop infront of my eyes. which almost ruin my dinner and night at this restaurant..First thing first always go to the food first.....The bak kut teh of this restaurant taste a bit drop compare to last time i visit this restaurant at December 2019...The meat is tender very good chew....the only down site is the soup itself not as tasty as before.....bak kut teh important part is the soup must very tasty second is the meat must very tender. and tasty too... this is only my own opinion. Unfortunately the soup base is not as tasty before at the year 2019 last i visited...oiled rice is good... not too oily and fragant smell nice. Services from waiter is just ok only ok...i was trying to request soup add on from one of the waiter he didn't reply me ok or not then just go to other places and work...well i dont know he understand english and malay or not....after a while i have been waiting my soup, i am calling one of the waitress she immediately add some soup to our claypot bak kut teh...Environment of this placeis clean and i can see they have made some improvement for the tea hot water site..you have to choose a chinese tea pack and you have to bring your own tea pot to fill with hot water and pour the tea leaves that you choose from a small basket they provide to you..and wala you got your own tea pot of chinese tea. After finish dinner i am calling a grab driver when the driver reach the restaurant i was going out from the restaurant suddenly one of the restaurant waiter or boss i am not sure almost having a fight with the grab driver. This is the situation which made me almost spoil my night of having a lovely bak kut teh at this restaurant. I think the shop owner has to control they worker to control themself not to argue and shout loudly with foul language infront of customer... it is very bad reputation to your business. Its not worth it to ruin your historical restaurant good reputation by some...

Known to many as "under the bridge bak kut teh", this place has been around for a long time and is my go to for Klang style bak kut teh. Specific cuts in individual bowls of just pure pork and soup/ broth. It was such a treat to enjoy my bak kut teh where the flavours were exactly how I remembered them to be.

Highlights & tips: My personal preference is the traditional Klang style bak kut teh with the rich, herbal and savoury soup that has good depth of flavour. The meat cut type can be chosen base on preference (no difference in pricing). You can choose the different types of teas you may like. Each of them have different price points. The good thing bout this place is they have outlets of hot water taps for self service of hot water top ups as much as you would like. Definitely more efficient & safer than decades long tradition of continuous boiling of hot water on individual burners on gas tanks. They also have small little teacups for the tea to be poured in. My go to tea type for bak kut teh is known as "king of teas" or "cha wong". Orders and payments are made at the table you are seated at. With cash payments, they will bring the change back to you. It is possible to get top up soup but it did appear that they may be limiting the number of times for top up soups available for customers. The rice that is served is known as oily rice or "yao faan". It is fragrant with shallot oil mixed into the rice. Noticeably, they have expanded their menu to cater for more KL style bak kut teh like claypot bak kut teh and side dishes like braised chicken feet and vegetables. Staff are pretty alright and is generally helpful.

I highly recommend this bak kut teh restaurant as each time I have been over the years has been...

Used to be one of the most famous Bah Kut Teh shops in Klang for the past centuries operated by the original owner. Those days the taste of it's Bah Kut Teh is superb, tender meats cook to perfection, it's herbal aromas and the gravy thick soup is among the best as compared to the rest of the Bah Kut Teh shops in Klang. Finding a parking space during those days is quite convenient along the roadside which also has an available parking spaces nearby or under the bridge. Recently (20th. May 2019), I went with friends for a morning meal there after 2 centuries, the taste of it's Bah Kut Teh has became so salty, meats over cooked, soup is so watery, aromas of it's herbal could hardly be smell and it's business operations are runs by few youngsters (probably the new generations of the owner). No doubts it's quite packed with customers, it has really lost all its originality and the title of "The best Under Bridge Bah Kut Teh in Klang". Some regulations has changed by those youngsters, customers could no longer choose what they want or what to order, they'll provide you whatever they prepares based on the number of persons. This Bah Kut Teh shop no longer serves the best Bah Kut Teh in Klang anymore. Prices are still very reasonable. Parking is limited and finding a parking space...

The search journey was a breeze with a bridge as an iconic landmark locating next to it. The staff is very organized and attentive to number of seats needed. It didn’t take long for us to get seated. Flavors wise there’s no words for it, I admit it beats many restaurants I’ve visited. The serving size was way smaller than how bak kut teh would usually be served; this one serves individual servings. One thing I dislike the most is that the staff is extremely reserved about refilling the soup, they get disgruntled even. I’d suggest people who haven’t tried it be mentally prepared if and when coming across that, perhaps go during your best mood. If service is not a concern it’s not bad to relish as frequently as you crave it. They have a basket with tea sachets to choose from, best make up your mind when choosing the tea cos they wait for you to pick your tea (don’t irritate them with indecisiveness). The price is reasonable. Overall, it’s definitely a good restaurant though the services can be improved. P.s. they don’t provide minced garlic

After a long ride from Singapore, I decided to stop by Klang for BKT but this time try a different outlet. Boy was I disappointed in the end. Auntie don't listen to my order properly and have a "Lao Lan" face. Throw me a basket and ask me to choose... What??? Chey... Choose tea but she should had tell me nicely right? In the end my BKT did not come and only the Pig Trotter. Wasn't good... Too much fats and too little meat. I ask for the BKT again and specify 大骨。 It came shortly but where is the soup??? Gosh... The soup is there but it taste salty and more like sauce and not soup. Forget about the herbal taste. ... It does not exist. What actually SHOCK me was the bill. For two small meat dish, pitiful of rice, soggy 油条 and pot of tea, I paid 40RM! That is quite expensive in Klang. There are better BKT in Klang... This one loss out even to Singapore Klang origin BKT. Nice mural... For marketing purpose I guess....
