好家鄉火锅 Hao Jia Xiang Hotpot Setapak — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Extremely bad service and understaffed. Will definitely not visit again.

Hotpot and ingredients were served without cutleries. We have to request everything specifically, i.e., chopsticks, plates, spoons, and ladles because they won't bring it all at once!

I can't believe such an establishment does not have enough cutleries. Need to wait more than 10 minutes, and that is when i requested it 3 times before they brought enough cutleries for all of us.

When we asked to add soup, we were told that there was no more mala soup. It is only 8.30 pm and the first time we ask to add soup. So, how are we going to finish up the remaining hotpot ingredients with the soup drying up? That young waiter conveniently answered "I don't know oh". We were left dumbfounded by his response! Miraculously he brought the soup afterwards and they actually still have the soup🤔
