A&W @ Pearl Point — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Worst A&W, not entirely sure if the staff are trained properly and professionally to take order from customer, stood there around 15 min waiting for the staff to take my order, I am the first one in the line, there was no one in front of me. In between there was order coming in from food delivery apps and some friends of the staff came and interrupted. However, there is no sign of the staff would want to be taking my order till I asked them if they can take my order and I was told, they could take mine but I would have to wait. Like seriously? If you are not ready to take order from walk-in customer, I think you should make all customer order from food...

Disappointed with the quality at this outlet. The food feels like it has no QC at all.

Avoid the waffle with pandan flavour 🤢— the flavour tastes artificial and strange. I highlighted it to the staff, but not sure if it was taken seriously.

The air-conditioning is another issue. Even with very few people dining in, the place felt stuffy and warm. Not a pleasant dining experience overall.

Placed our order on the app. Waited for 15 minutes and went to check at the counter only to be told we had to show our order for them to enter manually, only then they started preparing our order. Some of the item we ordered were sold out, only got notified when we're at the counter, not reflected on the app. No compensation was offered for the sold out item.
