Baketime Bakery — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Refused to take my debit card to pay for a RM30+ purchase. When I told her it was illegal to set a limit, she kept saying it is her boss’s rule. When I asked where is the sign that states there’s a limit for card purchases, she says there isn’t one and kept repeating it is her boss’ directive. Usually when I tell merchants like these that it is illegal to set a limit, they will change their mind and accept the card because they know they’re not suppose to, but Boite a bijoux continuously refused to take my card. Already reported the case to Bank Negara Malaysia, and you have lost me, my family and anyone I know as a customer. Know your rights...

Being one of the regular customer, I visit Baketime Hartamas very often. I had recently renew my membership with them, and they gave me 2 Cash Voucher (with the value of RM10 each).

I wanted to use my voucher just now, and the staff was telling me I can only use the voucher when I spent at least RM15. I don't see this clause stated in any of the Terms & Conditions. Hence I hope to get some clarification from the management on this, and I hope the understand how a cash...

If i could rate 0 for this review, i will rate it 0/5. I told my sis that the bread rack is difficult to open. The chinese old lady push the rack and kept repeat it many times with a very very dark face and unfriendly look, seem like I owe her a lot of money… she can just tell me with a polite way, but she did in this manner to show me how to open the bread rack. Hope the management will take issue for the aunty that has bad character, very unprofessional...
