Last night, came to the Setapak Central Branch, asked one of the male worker beforehand if the limited edition Silicone Lamp is available. He said yes.

So we follow the queue which is very long. So upon reaching. We informed that we wanted two creamy matcha boba. (If RM 10 can purchase the RM 25 silicon lamp).

We did observed that in front of us nobody bought the lamp. As the cashier wanted to proceed, one of the worker, out of nowhere announced that the lamp is no stock (It was literally displayed on the table). Then the worker in glasses said they just sold the last one to the customer. After a few dispute, the cashier then passed us the lamp which is displayed on the table.

There were 3 workers at that time, and the one starting the dispute is the one in glasses.

First I ordered ice cream cone, and the cashier has the audacity to ask me can you see how many cups on waiting! Do you think you can wait? And im like haah? And im sure she saw my pissed face and she cover it with ooh we have many orders it will take some time and i said yaa no worries.

My second order was peach oolong tea, but if you see the photo i have attached it doesn’t even look like peach oolong tea!

And for those staff, first of all we are paying to buy what we want! And you decide to work here so please bare in mind to be more mindful and polite where is you manners? What kind of hospitality is this!
