Burger King Pavilion Bukit Jalil — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

We were standing at the counter so long and staff just passed by doing other things ignoring us. They just looked at us without even apologizing for the delay and continued cleaning and refilling the stuffs. They could have just informed us on the delay and that they would attend to us soon. We wouldnt mind. The managers were having meeting at the table in front of the counter and saw us too, but didnt say anything. BK should organize staff training on attitude and customer service. Managers should attend too! Bad attitude. We were standing there not for a short while. We waited long enough to get upset.

After a long wait without being entertained, standing like a statue in front of the counter.. we decided to leave.. BK should learn how to appreciate their customers. We are there to support...

On Thursday, 24 July 2025, I came to Burger King during lunch hour and waited at the counter to place my order. Unfortunately, I was ignored by the staff for what I believe was around 5 to 7 minutes. I then politely said, “Bang, nak order,” to get the staff’s attention. Suddenly, the staff member became upset and responded rudely, saying that there were too many orders and if I wanted to order, I would have to wait another 20 minutes then baru he will take my order.

I would have understood if he had explained the situation in a respectful tone, but his facial expression and tone were extremely rude. If someone cannot handle the responsibility of working as a cashier, perhaps they should not be assigned to that role at all.

26 April 2022, around 4pm. Just now we went to Burger King Pavilion Bukit Jalil at 1st floor and order to be taken away. After the meal done packed, ive checked and see all the burgers there, so we left the counter and heading to our parking lot at B1. When we just near the escalator, I heard some soft voice calling miss miss, turned out this cashier girl from burger King chasing us with the bag of French fries. They forgot to put the fries inside the bag.
