i rarely give bad review but i had enough. i once ordered walk in here and had to wait more than 30 mins. today i bought 4 drinks from shopeefood. 1 watermelon jasmine tea & a combo for 3 cups of white peach oolong milk tea.

i waited for more than one hour just to get 2 cups of white peach oolong milk tea. what about the watermelon tea & another white peach??? i asked the rider and he said the staff just give 2 cups to him when he showed the order. wasted my time & my money.

currently waiting for my refund at shopee. but this problem came from this chagee branch. i usually ordered from wangsa walk branch okay je. had to ordered here bcs my lil sis wanted the watermelon tea and wangsa walk didnt have that. ended up didnt even get the watermelon tea.

i really love chagee since i cant drink coffee anymore. chagee’s tea match my taste too so i switched from coffee to chagee’s tea. but im never buying from this branch EVER again. may this branch closed for good. or maybe change...

If you’re having a bad morning or any bad day before this, don’t dump your emotion on customer, that’s not professional. If you’re card reader ain’t ready, be sure to tell customer not to tap first, if the card got deduct twice it troubles the both parties. I’m pretty sure you’re not mute, since you’re chatting with your colleague. Please learn how to communicate. You called all the customer to the counter to pick up drink, but ended up you’re not ready with all the drinks, please re-learn...

Recommend to increase manpower as it has been third time I standing there but no staff attending me. I can see they are busy or maybe I am too short for the height of the counter. Not friendly for all consumers. Waiting area is at the open area near to roadside, need to pay attention if any car come closer. Plenty of seat. Usually humid and hot but a place to have short hang out with...
