First time visit. Impressed with the interior decor, what's more to this outlet is due to its double storey concept hence more space for customers. There is outdoor space for customers too. The F&B selections are standards, similar to other Starbucks outlets. The staff are friendly and very accommodating to customers and what impressed me more is the one who attended me at the counter speaks English at all time, no matter whom the customers are, even if it is not a perfect English. She can speaks in mix or in Bahasa if she wants, in which I won't mind as I am multi-lingual (with accents), but she did that without being asked, as some outlets, their racial profiling are spot on as when I went to one outlet, they would assume I look like a Malay, they spoke to me in Bahasa. Another outlet, they assumed I look like a Chinese, they spoke to me in English. Similar to another outlet, they thought I was a foreigner, hence English was used, and they were surprised when I switched to Bahasa. Kudos to this outlet for training their staff very well and professional.

Parking wise - ample parking but need to share the same lane with McDs for the drive thru. And it's one way in and one way out hence inconvenience if you dine in and need to compete for those drive thru to go out from the area. Better park elsewhere or the paid parking nearby and walk if want to dine in.

Toilet wise, it was wet when I entered and a bit messy. I guess to rely most to staff also won't help as it needs improvement from customers mindset to change as in clean up your own mess after use before exiting toilet. I grew up by cleaning up my own mess and use appropriately any toilet hence I won't leave toilet like a shower, and toilet tissue around the floor etc., If not throw in bins or flush away. But sadly many fellow Malaysians are especially they love treating toilets like showers, wetting all over. So overall, I love this outlet due to its coziness and serene surrounding which is good for someone like me, compared to the cramped Lingkaran Karak outlet or not so safe Jalan Ampang outlet within...

Ruin my day after met a crew called SURAYA, my first ever bad experience, yea, is SURAYA, have to mention here cause I was buying 2 SB tumblers & others for my Christmas gifts list, but she seems like not ready to work as what as a cashier on frontline counter serving flow process, u know, I truly understand if one or 2 crews in a team didn’t well train sometime but I told you this experience was not only that (even the basic respect she didn’t show) & she was whispering/membisik in front of customer with another guy/crew for more than 2times. Gosh, even a little child know how to differentiate it, please be a good role model to let our next generation to move on for our country! U shouldn’t work to represent SB, I dare to say here cause I know what’s meaning a basic training as a f&b crew as it is, u know, we just deserve a basic response, bukan nak minta service pro sampai over expectation. Sedih to see this kind of attitude. I write this to raise this to your management & PIC to look through again your job application(perhaps u are new) & hope the rest of the employers over there will giving u another chance if u apply the right/basic company procedures on your duty.
