By far the worst customer service ever. Came here 3 times had the same issue. Place order only to find out food is finished ; when re-order another dish, they come and say no gas/no food and then when we want to cancel entire order ( all this took place less than 5 minutes ya) they say they already making half the order. HALF THE ORDER IS THE WATER and they still made us wait for other food. But main dishes all dont have. I literally had to pay to leave the shop with just drinks!!! And for this to happen a few times , by far the worst. Its like they scam people. However it all happened under 5 minutes and it wasn’t even our mistake for no food. Yet the cancellation couldn’t take place and still had to pay. If you are incapable of hosting more customers, just inform when they come in. Dont make people order drinks and sides and dishes only for you to come and say none of the main dishes...
Read moreBeen here for many times. Usually came for Breakfast or dinner. They has changed their cafe name, but the owner is still the same (as their wanted to changed their menu). Kopithiam type cafe. Price of course higher then those traditional kopithiam. Most of the Foods here taste was nice - rate at 4/5. Like the dry Curry noodle, i requested change to PanMee, like the texture and taste. Mushrooms soup, Tomyam spaghetti, and the tomato toast, coffee (chinese kopi) all this are nice, recommended to try out. Carrot cake (Luo Bo Gao) taste good just a bit to oily. Environment rate at 3.5/5. Staff service are ok. Got one visit, they served foods but didn't pass the cutlery till the manager/boss saw and bring me the cultery 😅. Best place for breakfast with pleasant environment, out door seated with wind, not too hot can chat with...
Read moreI know the restaurant closes at 5:00 PM. So when I was seated, I quickly placed my order at around 4:10 PM.
4:10 PM – I placed an order with two items. 4:30 PM – The first item was served. While I had just started eating (around 5 minutes in), I began to feel very hot and noticed that all the fans had been turned off. Staff also started sweeping the floor.
4:40 PM – A male Chinese staff member with glasses turned off the lights while I was still eating the dim sum they had just served. He saw me, and I saw him, but he left without turning the lights back on.
4:46 PM – I paid and left.
If your closing time is 5:00 PM, cleaning and shutting down should only begin after that time — not while customers are still eating.
I will not recommend this place to others. Poor service, and the restaurant...
