A Sweet Adventure at Inside Scoop Setapak

If you love ice cream, Inside Scoop Setapak is a place you simply can't miss! I came here recently for their Ramadan 75-flavor ice cream buffet, and wow—it was an experience to remember. The place was packed, and yes, the queue was long, but if you’ve got a little patience, you'll be rewarded with endless scoops of deliciousness. The staff that day were super helpful and made the whole busy event feel smooth and cheerful.

I’ve actually been coming here even before the buffet craze. It's a halal ice cream shop, so it's perfect for everyone. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or just a sweet treat to chill with family and friends, this place has you covered. There’s a huge variety of flavors to pick from, and they’re all high-quality and super tasty. Plus, if you're in the mood for more, they also have coffee and waffles to complete your treat.

The shop has a cozy vibe, a great atmosphere, and nice decorations that make you want to stay longer. It’s always clean and welcoming—perfect for just hanging out.

A little heads-up though: there’s no toilet inside, but there’s a public toilet located just outside. Also, no wash hand area inside the shop. Parking is available, but it’s paid parking.

All in all, Inside Scoop Setapak is a wonderful spot for ice cream lovers, and I can't wait to come back again for another round of...

The staff at this establishment are truly exceptional and have made each of my visits a delightful experience. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos, which instantly creates a welcoming atmosphere. I've visited several times now, and each encounter has reinforced my appreciation for their outstanding customer service.

The interior of the shop is equally charming, with cozy seating that invites you to sit back and relax. The vibrant colors and playful decor contribute to a lively ambiance that makes it an enjoyable place to spend time, whether you're catching up with friends or simply enjoying a treat.

Speaking of treats, the ice cream cakes here are simply divine! Each one is not only visually appealing but also delicious, with rich flavors that never disappoint. It's a real pleasure to indulge in their offerings, and I find myself coming...

Tried 6 types of ice cream (Durian, Varlhona chocolate, Rocher, Malted Chocolate, Nutty Nutella, Yoghurt and granola) with their salted egg yolk waffle and peanut butter waffle. Personally enjoyed the peanut butter waffle more than the salted egg yolk one. For ice cream my all time favourite would be the Durian (must try if you are a Durian lover, as if it's made from pure Durian flesh), Varlhona chocolate is amazing too (if you love chocolate, you have to go for this). Rocher also deserves a mention. Nutty Nutella and malted chocolate (made with milo) are milder in taste in comparison to the others. Yoghurt with granola gives an enjoyable crunch with the sprinkled granola on top. Overall, inside scoop ice cream would never disappoint (most that I've tried have perfect sweetness, quality in every bite). Though not a fan of the lotus biscoff cheesecake (too sweet for me).

Went for the 75 flavor Ramadan Buffet, and I would really like to thank the Inside Scoop team for perfect organization. Upon arrival we were given goodie bags with a fan and a bottle of water, as well as a farm fresh creamhauz ice cream. The queuing for the scoops was quite long at around 30 minutes, but the team did everything to make it more pleasant. There were fans to cool down, and the employees walked around the queue, offering single scoops of random ice cream flavors and collecting any garbage you might have, as well as offering tissues. The staff were also super friendly to talk to and offered help with scooping to my visually impaired friend, for which I am thankful. Overall I queued twice and got 8 scoops, but with the freebies they gave out in the queue that number goes to 12. Worth every cent.
