Want to give compliments to Chagee staff in Taman Connaught branch! I have ordered 2 set of plushie today at their branch. When I arrived the manager come out and explained kindly without any delay and no passing responsible. They explain they have switched off the system but it still running so however their plushie has run out of stock but still receiving order. I also can understand their situations. I accept the suggestions they give to receive the refund. But she also said if she can manage to get from other branches she will contact me again… so on waited until night time the Manager - Azie she really so kind and so helpful however this is not her fault but she did her best to help us the customers! Really appreciate her hardworking and effort. She can just leave this problem to the company but she did this for customer well. Really like her services and attitude🥰 thank...

the ambience was nice but will be packed on every wednesday night (during pasar malam). other than that everything is okay.

other outlet will most likely to messed up my order but kudos to connaught's team, they never messed my order. i am really amaze by the manager (azie) (i think who is a manager) because she did a great job handling customer during peak times. such as the plushie promotion.

i didnt get the plushie as well but she calmly and handled me so professionally. help to get me my refund. and also called me personally to do a follow up regarding refunds.

Today staff accidentally clean up my table and drink , she dunno I actually went to toilet only . when I'm back to my seat I saw the drink is gone, after I communicate with her, she just realised I just go for toilet then she quickly said sorry and compensate new drink for me with smile .
