First time with this brand. I had very good experience here.

Tau Fu Fa: It's smooth, fragrance, chilling and light, I order without any sugar, its still taste a bit sweetness. This sweetness is bearable. How different can Tau Fu Fa be, right? This is a little surprise, it is tasty and I will think of them if I want to eat tau fu fa.

Soy Drink with pearl and brown sugar. (L) Taste just good! I order the normal bean (yellow bean). They do have a choice of bean - black bean, red bean, green bean. Impressive!

The place is clean, neat and comfy, the lighting feeling warm. Some restaurant can be too bright feeling like you are sitting under the sun..

The ordering and collection system is smooth, easy and clear. You have to order at the main entrance. You then enter for a seat while waiting for food or drinks collection.

The interaction with the staff is mainly at the ordering counter. So be sure he/she well train, friendly, warm, clear in communication and professional. I'm not sure if they would taking turn every 2 hours. This role can be tiring serving people.

I have been a fan of Soybean Factory on my first encounter with them at Jalan Panggong, KL. I was so glad to have it so near for my occasional taufu fah (premium style). I love the summer chill taufu fah with lychee as part of the toppings. Refreshing especially in Malaysia hot and humid weather.

The shop itself was nicely decor, but i found that queing outside to take order is a bit inconvenient if its getting too busy. Luckily they do provide ceiling fan which is a considerate and well thought solutions to the hot weather.

Overall a great place for some nice soy dessert, which I will always visit just for their taufu fah ( not really into their soy drink since i think it's a bit over price in comparison to the...
