I've been to this place for several times. To be fair, I like the concept and even introduced to my friends so I keep Food & Atmostphere at 4-5. However, I have to rate 2 for inconsiderate service experience I had. I dined in alone and chose a seat at the corner, reading some stuff on my tablet. I then went for a toilet for a couple of minutes, when I came back I was surprised to see my seat was occupied by other customers and all my stuff were put a the bar counter. The staff (or supervisor) explained to me that they thought I left and the cup was empty and said they could arrange another seat. I was angry so left immediately. Maybe reading my dissatified face, the sup followed me and explained again as above, plus I shoulda told the staff that I was away for a while. However, I would rate 2 for this experience as it does not make senses to me: I just went out for a few minutes for the toilet, not like I was out for too long or something (the cafe was underground, toilet was L1 floor, taking some mins to walk but I was just out just enough for toilet) I still left my tablet, my purse there. How could they think I left completely with all my things there after I was just out for some mins? They said one of the reasons they thought I left because my cup was empty. Does it mean I could not sit there with an empty cup for a while? I was just there for ~1hr since I made the order (including ordering time, waiting for the order and enjoy my coffee). I was cafe hopping type, if I sit at a place for a bit long, I tend to order more. And the fact they said because my cup was empty, and I shoulda told the staff making me feel like oh, is it my fault? So for personal experience, I would rate a 2 for service based on...

It is not first time I drink coffee in here.

But I think the waiter/waitress are different than before.

I ordered coffee with brown sugar but it is to sweet. They put sugar without asking permission and it is to sweet. Previously, when i drink coffee here, the waitress are put sugar separately. But today the waitress are different.

Becauseof that. I ordered again with new one. And I paid for new coffee with note that they need to separate sugar with. And they give as i want. But i little bit shocked because i ask for brown sugar. And she said this is brown sugar. Very clear this white sugar and not brown sugar.

I still dont understand why you hired someone who doesnt know difference between white sugar and brown sugar. If not available. Better you tell me that is not available. Or maybe you dont understand english.
