Grab Order :GF-975, Did report this matter to grab customer service around 10:35pm about no response from merchant. After a year, yesterday my first day I wanted to order pizza again online via grab after long day at work. But unfortunately it's really baffled me, really up sad. The service too bad.. Been trying to call the merchant number provided by grab and been calling customer service number as well no response at all. Can't even check the order status updates. The call always forwarded. I didn't receive my order but was been charged. I been trying to call merchant no answer. The orders was place at 9:17pm yet till 11pm no order status updates it's still showing in the kitchen from 9:45pm till 11pm. While my debit been charged and suddenly in grab showing my ordered been delivered at 11:30pm? Yet there is no food receive. And if the driver delivered the foods where is the picture proof of the food delivered? Even there is no call from the driver, was waiting at the lobby till 11:20pm. Please take this case seriously. To clarify I rarely order for domino's delivery so I'm unsure some of the points about the delivery time would be valid.

Ordered a delivery for my family for dinner but it took them surprisingly approximately 1 ½ hours. (again, I'm u sure whether this is the norm)

I don't mind the delay but it'll be a good gesture to inform that there would be any possible expected hindrances. I was expecting a decent 45mins wait but it got extended twice the usual length of time for a delivery exactly 1.5km away.

Regardless, the food did came in piping hot as expected and the driver was kind and nice. Honestly, I appreciated that a lot.

What I do mind is that I payed extra for additional toppings on the pizza but it came out as regular as if there weren't any different from the normal order. To be frank, was pretty disappointed on that specific note. Hope there would be improvements for...
