Domino's Pizza (Centrio Pantai Hillpark) — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I had a very frustrating experience with this branch of Domino's recently. I ordered two pizzas, one through Foodpanda and one through Grab, and both orders were a complete disaster. The first order from Foodpanda took over 2 hours to arrive, and when it did, they delivered the wrong order. The second order from Grab never arrived, even after three hours of waiting. When we called to inquire, they initially claimed they never received the order, and after further questioning, the worker finally admitted that they had received it but claimed we weren’t there to pick it up. This is completely false as there were no calls, messages, or notifications in the app, and I was available the whole time.

When we asked them to redeliver the order, the worker rudely said that we had to wait because there were 6 other deliveries in the queue. This after we had already been waiting for hours. The worst part was when the worker accused us of having “no empathy” for them, despite the fact we were the ones who had been waiting for food, with no updates or communication from their side. The excuse given for not calling us was that we were using an international number, but that's clearly not true since other delivery drivers had no issues calling or messaging us using WhatsApp. This was an extremely poor experience, and I won’t be ordering from this Domino’s branch again. Terrible service, awful attitude, and zero accountability.

Please take this issue seriously and check the reviews on Grab as well. It’s clear that we are not the only ones experiencing such...

So, I have ordered from this Domino's three times now and everytime, there has been an issue.

1. I ordered from Grab and the pizza was pending delivery for ages, I called and was offered no help. It turned out the pizza had been delivered 30 minutes previously, I had a cold pizza to enjoy.
2. The pizza said it had been delivered, but hadn't, huge efforts to speak to someone, it was eventually delivered. But again, not a simple delivery.
3. After the previous two issues, I se idea to collect. I was charged 55rm for a large pizza, stuffed crust. I looked on Grab, for delivery it was 39rm. I asked a staff member about a 50%, as advertised on a poster and was told I had received this price, I raised the fact that Grab was significantly cheaper and was offered no explanation. I worked out the maths and informed the staff I had not been given the discount and was refunded the difference, so all was great, until I got home. Opened the box and rather than stuffed crust, I was given an incorrect order, I literally pointed at the stuffed crust on the menu and read it out.

So 3/3 orders (two delivery and one collect) have been anything but easy.

Maybe I'm unlucky, but there seems to be huge issues with this outlet and their ability to cook a pizza...

Absolutely the worst experience. The live order tracker online showed the driver was reaching in 2 minutes so we rushed down to collect our pizza. Ended up waiting for hours there. Why do you have people select delivery time when you can't make it? The map shows only 4 minutes driving distance - even if you walk you can reach in 30 minutes, NOT HOURS.

The tracker is also stupid - ETA 12.15pm when it's already 1pm?? Tried calling the customer services, got redirected and immediately got hung up. I even tried calling a number in the review (010-something), they answered during my fifth call attempt and said they will check then put me on hold. Dude im just trying to check my lunch, it's not like im chasing you for money (?)

Meal was cold (obviously after hours of delivering). No explanation or reason was given - hell i didnt even get any update until now.

And please don't ask me to write a feedback at your website. I tried numerous times - popped up the error every...
