Domino's Taman Tun Dr Ismail — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Domino's Pizza Malaysia very bad experience with this delivery chain from past two incidents.

Incident 1: ordered through Grab and tracking shows waiting for driver to pick up and deliver, waited for more than an hour but didn’t receive. We went to outlet to check and they said no order received.

Incident 2: ordered through Dominos app this time and payment made. But tracking in the app is lost as if no order was made. Then called to the dominos hotline for the specific store no one picks up call. Called to other store and asked for exact number of the store that I ordered. Then only they take the order and deliver

Incident 3: ordered through Dominos app again to give them one last chance. The tracking didn’t show the delivery date and time. After app shown delivered, it has not come despite an hour late. Called to general line to reach the store, calls were being hung up twice. Then called to 3 other neighbouring stores all calls Have the same issue that got hung up when someone picked up calls.

The only way to make complaint is from website feedback form. Not able to escalate through calls or app. This is very terrible service with non use friendly app which missed the feedback channel that could facilitate immediate issue resolution.

Truly disappointed with the shop who used to be best fastest in delivery over decade. The world has evolved and changed but this stop stays behind the era waiting to be...

Wrongly paid 30rm because the cashier told me the total was 13.90 and i misheard 30.90 and I EVEN REPEATED THE AMOUNT "30.90?" Cashier also responded yes and when the payment was send he said it was 13.90 and they ask me to pay again 13.90 as they will refund the 30.90 WITHIN A WEEK but them when i come back and told them there was no refund they let me wait for about 20 minutes and again asked me to wait for another one week. Like seriously??? 30 rm refund I will wait for 2 weeks? HAHAHHAHA CRAZYYYY

UPDATE : ALREADY 2 WEEKS AND THEY ASK ME TO WAIT AGAIN FOR THE UPDATE OF HQ LOOOOOOL!!!!!!!! VERY POOR ACTION FOR JUST 30RM LOL LOL LOL!!!!!!! STUPID

Updateeeeee: 2 months already no...

Never order via online, I ordered via grab, 1 hour haven't received my order but it was stated delivered, I called branch, the worker said driver salah tekan, it was actually still otw, then after awhile I called the 2nd time, worker said it was delivered but I never received anything!!! Then driver said that it is in my post box but he never inform me, he called 1 time I picked but we failed to reach out, and he didn't call or text me again to inform coz he said his phone run out of credit!!!! What a unprofessional irresponsible reason, we order food cause we want convenience but this make customer so inconvenient. Pls quality control...
