This place is an absolute nightmare. I had the chance to dine in at this outlet this evening and I thought everything was going well. I ordered seafood curry (this is delish although per serving is RM50++), a hakka fried rice (rather tasteless because all I can taste is the char and lack of seasoning) and a giant serving of kuey teow (this one is a star because despite the price, the serving was huge. Five star for this)

Now, because the hakka fried rice was tasteless and I was not able to finish my curry seafood (with few fish and calamari still intact) I decided to tapau. Bungkus it. Take it home. So I called for this lad to help, whom he claimed to be his first day working thus explained his extra friendly + enthusiastic to take the food (fried rice and curry seafood) to the counter and pack it.

Things got really interesting when they accidentally gave my food to the guest that was living before us. Not to mention the commotion they had when they found out, oh snap-- we gave this customer's baki makanan to others! So, they took the initiative to cook a fresh meal, but HALF.

Now, let me tell you-- I write this lengthy essay because I am super upset that after we're being forced to wait for them to prepare a new one, the pack that came to us WAS LESS THAN WHAT I HAD INTENDED FOR TAPAUING. We barely ate the tasteless nasi goreng and my ikan and calamari were still in there had they DIDN'T GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE.

Fried rice was only half, and seafood curry had no seafood! I know I have my seafood in there and you guys didn't bother to put some although it was absolutely your fault for giving my food away?

Where is my fish guys? You have the audacity to make me wait and to compensate, you gave me less? Haha well done! So this is how your workers at Intermark Mall apologized after a silly mistake that shouldn't even happen at the first place. I pay for my...

My friends and I usually have our catch up lunch here and most of the time the food is alright. Yesterday my noodle came with raw fish fillets. I highlighted it to the waitress, she looked at it, smiled and walked away. At the counter when paying, I informed the cashier that the fish was raw and he got defensive for really no reason. Mind you, I wasn’t asking for a replacement and I wasn’t expecting a discount - I finished my meal, I just put the fish aside after biting into it (probably a huge mistake because I have had diarrhoea and fever since last night until now). The cashier went on about it’s the management issue, that their fish are frozen fillets and the kitchen knows too and it went on and on. He basically put it that it’s other people’s fault, that they have brought it forward before but the management did nothing and him and the floor staff are the ones who have to deal with complaints. I didn’t want to escalate it because my intention was really to inform them so they’re more careful. If really what he said about the management and kitchen is true, their team need to revisit their ingredients and menu and be more careful in the future. Diarrhoea and fever is no joke. Food poisoning is a serious matter. (In the photo, the one at the bottom is the piece that I bit into and spat out. The top is the other piece that I put aside because in real life it was pink and springy, like...

The restaurant has a promotion which customers need to submit their google review and get a free cendol. I asked a staff three times to get his confirmation whether this promotion is per person or per table. His answer is per person. I ASKED HIM THREE TIMES! However, at last a lady named Mandy told us that he is a new staff and the promotion is per table. Ok fine. I show her my review. After waited about 15min, I called Mandy and asked her help to check the food status. She glanced to kitchen and JUST WALKED AWAY. Hello! This is truly really very rude. She just walked away without answering my question. Really poor service. I was very unhappy and spoke to Mr Murali, the restaurant manager about his staffs' attitude.

If you are not confirm or do not know about something, please ask the senior first before confirm to customers. And, please do not just walk away without answering customer's question. I won't visit this restaurant again....

It was a pretty disappointing visit. I always wanted to try this shop ever since they open an outlet in Pavillion. We have always brought our guests to eat in oriental Intermark and decided to just give this place a try. Sad to say, firstly service was pretty lacking… you had to look and call for someone and wave or catch their eye before you could get any service. Not that they are sorely lacking of staff… one star down The food is meh… for the price you pay… and a menu which is “Kind of” a variation of Madam Kwans… you get smaller portions and not as tasty with similar prices (which is not cheap) Sigh; I can’t find any reason to recommend this place unless you just want to grab something to eat without expectations and don’t care less the value of what you are getting. Maybe I can say the blue rice was nice… and so was the Teh Tarik… -.- oh, the mango sago was not bad according to my daughter. The cendol had too little sugar and santan.

The "Nasi Ayam Istimewa" is very appetizing with rice, fried chicken, shredded beef rendang, prawn sambal with some cucumber and tomato. All well cooked and very tasty! The only downfall though is there is a piece of bad tomato in there. Otherwise, overall a good meal. I would definitely go there again to try their other variety of menu. I also tried their mixed fruit ABC. The fruits are fresh and surprisingly a very good and balanced mix (mango, strawberry, nangka, dragonfruit, kiwi, papaya). The overall fruit combo and the vanilla ice cream is not too sweet, just nice and make a refreshing dessert. The place also has a good atmosphere; a good place to have lunch and chat with friends.
