so i booked a total pax of 10 adults and 1 children for iftar last night. paid rm991.10 for their iftar buffet. we wanted to dine in their buffet because of how they promoted on thei ig stories. as we arrived, the parking there was chaos, i thought to myself that its normal as it was ramadhan but they could've arranged it better. as we came in, i went to the counter and asked for our table, i had expected they fulfilled our wishes to be seated inside. then their own manager told me that our table were upstairs, so we went up. then i asked again for our table referring to my name, the other staff said it was downstairs. it occured to me, with a total of 11 humans, there should be a name on the table but there weren't. we started to get upset about it as we had to move and it was abt 10mins before buka puasa, as we need to queue for the food. turns out, our table was not even inside or upstairs, they had to open a table and add chairs for us, outside. that was still okay, but as we queue, this is the most devastating part. my family and i, felt like a beggar the whole time being in that restaurant. we paid rm90+ each pax, so we deserve to have more food on the plate. but this is what happened, we queue with the others who came to dine in the restaurant, but we weren't allowed to pick the meat and take according to how much we want, and the two staff there mencatu makanan kami, not just our family but every customers who paid for it. the issue here is that, the restaurant overbooked, they took in unlimited customers but with limited supplies so they tried to cut our foods. all of us complainted, and there were most who came, didn't even get the chance to eat the rice not the chicken mandy. so my father went straight to the owner and told him off by asking him directly "am i beggar to you?". and all of the staff were startled but they needed to know. kau jangan lah amik banyak customer pastu orang dah bayar mahal-mahal, kau catu makanan kitaorg, makcik pakcik yg duk table sebelah family aku tak dapat sentuh walau sebiji nasi. tempat sembahyang pun macam apa dah, nampak rambut sekerat, tempat air wudhu' dah terkubur gamaknya. please jangan terpedaya with their iftar buffet. seriously tempat ni memang majal. yg cedok and catu nasi kitaorg pun, peluh dia jatuh atas nasi tu. aku macam what the...

Decided to call manually. One of the waitress came but asking us to wait 2 mins because they were busy entertain large group customer which came after us & 4-5 people celebrating birthday last night make it more worse because they seem to shorthanded. The waitress who asked us to wait 2 mins didnt come & we wait almost half an hour just to order. We came with empty stomach & really hungry. I am pregnant some more. At last one of the girl came to take order. I asked her which one serve with bread (lamb). She recommended 2 menus salona & didnt remember what it call. So I chose salona quickly without looking at the menu description. Then we ordered mandy 1/2 chicken & maghdoud 1/4 chicken. The order took more than 15 mins to arrive. 1st menu we got was salona. We quite shocked bcs it came with rice? Because we asked menu that came with bread. But nevermind we think that we just packed that later. Came later mandy & maghdoud. Mandy rice came with 1/4 chicken instead of 1/2 chicken. So we asked the staff there to change the bill to 1/4 chicken bcs we dont want to wait any longer just to change the chicken. Taste ok for the dishes we gave about 7/10. Portion also quite big. But not the service. My husband ordered barbican strawberry but got raspberry. When we’re done, we went to cashier to pay. We say the bill was not change which is for the chicken. So we told the cashier that we got quarter instead of half chicken. So she changed the bill. After paid, we checked the bill again just to make sure but saw the adani tea (cup) which i ordered was charged RM8. Where in the menu only RM4. But nothing can be done we already paid. Thought that we should sadaqah. Conclusion, don’t come during peak hour otherwise they wont really entertain you if you come in 2-3 pax. On my wedding reception dinner (19 July 2025), the service was a huge disappointment. We hired them for dome catering plus 10 waiters to serve the family and VIP tables. They didn’t serve the food properly, did not follow through on what was promised, and overall handled things very unprofessionally.
We received domes with candles that were not lit properly underneath… some domes had no candles, leaving cold water under the domes instead of hot boiling water to keep the food warm, although we already asked them to put boiling water. As a result, the food was not served at its best. Even worse, our VIP guests were left waiting far too long for their meals.
To make matters worse, I later saw photos from our photobooth vendor that some of the staff were busy enjoying our photobooth and took pictures when the service for our guests was horrible. If they were doing this before the event started, they could have used the time to prepare the domes properly instead of taking photos at our photobooth. If they were doing this during the event… I have no idea how to describe how unprofessional this is. On such an important day, this level of service was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. There were a couple of times to the restaurant to ensure the service would at least be mid but still everything that could go wrong went wrong. It wasted our time, energy and money.
