Hua Hi Li Kopitiam Restaurant — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

My friend has been telling me about this pork noodle for quite a while now, I must say it's legit. This is probably the best pork noodle in my book.

The broth is sweet and rich in umami, the pork is fresh, in combination, they make a killer pork noodle. As you expect from pork noodle, I opted not with internal parts like intestine and kidney, not sure if they serve with liver. These will add a dimension to the flavour, definitely. The portion is generous.

This stall is operated by a middle aged couple, please be warned that at least 20 minutes of waiting time, I saw many take away. It's worth the wait, so, come at none peak hours like after 10am.

Beside that, the chicken rice is also very good. Unfortunately, I didn't snap a photo. What attracted me was the deep brown chicken rice, this is better than a lot of chicken rice out there, they offer roast chicken and free ranged white chicken.

A highly recommended eat out if you're in Kuchai....

Came here on a Sunday for lunch. I’ve seen recommendation videos about the pork noodle stall, so I decided to come and give it a try.

Food-wise: Reasonably priced, good portion, and the pork was fresh and delicious. RM10 for a big bowl—worth it.

Waiting time: Around 40–50 minutes, which is quite long in my opinion. The stall owner cooks bowl by bowl, which explains the wait.

Someone who shared the table with us mentioned that the stall is only open 4 days a week. Not sure if that’s true, though.

If you come here, order anything at here is worthy and the foods gonna to take your heart. There are Wantan Mee(云吞面), Pan Mee(板面), Chicken floss Hot Fun(鸡丝河粉), Pork noodles (三间庄/猪肉丸粉), Chinese fried dishes(大炒), Chicken rice(烧肉/叉烧/鸡饭). Their Pan Mee is different from the other places, taste great(RM7-8). Pork noodles (RM7-8), their signature is Lao Shu Fun(猪肉丸老鼠粉).
