Always looking forward to enjoy KFC first thing when I am back in Msia, had a snack platter in KLIA and it was sooo good. So when we got to SV we thought we should make KFC our dinner as well. Now after reading all the reviews which I wished I should’ve done before entering THIS store, as this is where our impression towards Msia KFC went downhill real fast. We wanted to order through the counter so we could request for either thigh or drumsticks. The lady at the counter’s reaction when she saw me standing at the counter was, WHAT?! I explained to her I wished to order through the counter is that ok, she pointed at the kiosk and rudely said order there. I was like boy this girl is not having her day huh, but fine as long as I got my KFC I’m happy.
We waited for more than 10minutes for our order, which is fine because we are willing to wait even for Fast food, BUT NOT WHEN YOUR CHICKEN CAME OUT DRY AF, I thought the skin had some extra spices on it but nope it was just the skin got all dried up, and what really ENHANCED our meal was we were given all breast meat. Haihhhh very disappointing meal, this store seriously ruined our dinner, every bite of that tough breast meat really put me off. When I left I had a look at some chicken that other tables ordered and it made me even disgusted because they are all ALSO DRY!
I was going to be subtle about the lady at the counter or not even mentioned her. But after reading some of the reviews, she was named outright and even photo of her was posted, she really needs to improve her customer service huh, seems like she treats everyone like that lol perhaps this is not her fault if she’s working alone, running the orders, so naturally she’s going to be disgruntled. I hope KFC will look into this store and provide better support for their staffs, and MOST IMPORTANTLY please don’t overcook your chicken, if I wanted dry chicken I would have just saved my quota for other food because Aussie KFC is also dry af and I don’t need to put myself through this horror when I’m in msia where the chicken is supposed to be juicy and tender and finger lickin good. Read moreVery bad experience and will never visit again. The staffs' attitude were so bad (not all, but the 2 girls, Yatie and Gomi who standing in front of cashier). Both of them are arrogant, unhelpful and with a rude attitude.
My friends and I visited the branch on 11feb, around 7pm. We've 2 separate order and both of us were told by the cashier that it will be delivered to our table (*note: I'm not assuming that they will send it to me, but they are the one informing: "later will send to the table".)
The meal was interrupted when they ring the bell non-stop + shouting out the order numbers for quite some time. Was shocked when we noticed that's actually our order, this was not what have been told. They're showing faces as i did not collect the food on time. I double checked with Yatie and Gomi in both Malay and English for the issue, but they started to act like they can't understand on me at all, denying on it and try to just push me away by saying irrelevant things such as, (huh? what? No... Weren't you order for 2?). A guy standing beside stopped them and apologize on the issue. He explained that orders are normally being collected by the customers.
I acknowledge it but I'm sure that i did not hear it wrongly as my friends heard the same thing as well. It's not really a big issue, perhaps it's just miscommunication in between. But their attitudes are intolerable.
I requested their name from the manager as one of them don't even have the name tag on. Yatie hide her name with her hand and Gomi is raising her voice towards the manager and asking why? The manager did try to understand the issue before providing on the names. I left after getting the names.
I'm not asking for 5star services, but a basic courtesy from a human...

such a lousy and rude service by the two female staffs/cashiers.. did KFC management do not do something after all of the comments shared here?? not one or two reviews saying the same thing, there are a lotttt.. are you guys blind and still it is okay to keep the rude staffs to still provide the lousy service to all customers? we are not asking for 5 stars service but a little decent service to human being..
i ordered bucket and twister as additional and was told tthe twister will be delivered to our table.. however, after waiting for 30mins, there's still nothing sent to us.. i went to the counter, and when asked about the twister, they asked me, "betul ke tak dapat?", they looked at my table, was there with my family members, with an attitude like i'm lying and wanna get another twister, free of charge..omg..
then, another burger is not yet sent to us, when asked again at the counter, they kept blaming each other, "eh kau la bodoh, kenapa letak dalam dulang customer lain", "eh bodoh la".. they kept using inappropriate words in front of customer even though the word is not to the customer..they should watch their language.. this is not some place that you can freely use the word to curse..
they also jeling us and pounding the counter like indicating they are not satisfied because of we're asking for a plastic bag, spoon and.some tissues..if it's not allowed to give to the customer, just say it and we will understand it.. do not use your eyes in hoping it will give some message to the customer..
pleaseeeeeeee KFC, improve the Sunway Velocity' staff attitude, even better if you can change them.. they are not suitable for customer service...
