Restaurant: Feels very cozy, I actually like the dim lighting because it feels very relaxing to be there. Cleanliness is a 10/10. This is a good place to hangout with friends in a lowkey environment.

Food: I ordered the tempura set. The tempura itself was pretty good, it had a nice crunch and it didn't feel very greasy. However, I expected the portions to be a little bigger for such a high price plus you are only using vegetables. You should add one more piece of mushroom or the yam prawns. The second issue I had was the rice which was overcooked. Serving mushy overcooked rice is just unacceptable when you're charging such high prices.

Service: The waiter was actually nice unlike what the other reviews say. He spoke very patiently and didn't mind helping us. The only thing is that there was a mistake for my order where either the waiter or the chef forgot to cook my order. This made me wait for my food, while the tables that arrived later already got theirs. Food: The food is still ok but a bit pricey.

Services: Need more trainings for the waitresses, both don’t seem to have much enthusiasm towards the job. Reminded on the missing dish, but keep mentioning food is preparing. Since it wasn’t served when we are done with the meal (around 30mins), we requested to cancel the dish upon billing. The waitress repeatedly mentioned the food is still preparing. Also, the ”cashier” claimed she couldn’t do billing as the manager was away and mentioned to wait for her manager around 2 mins. Thereafter close to 10mins, another waitress mentioned the food is ready to serve and checked if we want to take-away. Upon we decided to take-away the food, the manager “just nice” appeared to be back and start billing.

In the first place, why she didn’t informed of the waiting time if the preparation would take longer time?

But I can figure out That it's definitely kind of the business that I'm not going to support:

1• food in reality is not matching with the Menue photos. Proteins r Lesser quantity and some dishes r not same ingredients that in pics.

I've ordered a vegitable dish today,,

It's a hospital taste vege and all about capagge!!

whiches I can simply cook at my home.

And that's total not matches with the picture.

2• prices r Over Load: 1 peace of normal Seaweed SuChi: 3.80rm. Whiches 4rm for 1 sushi 🍣 peace?!!!

They r playing very well on the outside Form and packaging.

3• some of the dishes r very normal test!

No zen vilocity mall again.
