Type: Thai Restaurant Signature: Tom Yum & Lemon Chilli Fish Located in Lucky Garden, this is a Thai Restaurant with a twist. First impression was that the place is an Indian restaurant but essentially it's a Thai restaurant that serves really good Thai cuisine... a hidden gem. I must say the dishes aren't really authentic Thai but its close. As the usual barometer we ordered the Tom Yum Goong (5 🌟) which came rich in flavour, just enough spiciness and super yummy. Highly recommended here. The rest of the food were tasty and above average in terms of taste. We ordered the Tiger Prawns with onions/garlic and it was simple delicious. Just like the Tom Yum the prawns were cooked to perfection and not overcooked. Most Famous Chinese Restaurants serve seafood (crab, lala, prawns) super cooked.. Almost rubber like.. which is what I really don't understand. Like many good Thai restaurants.. This place serves seafood 75% cooked.. Which explains the high ratings. Well the dessert we ordered Ruby of Thai (3.5 🌟) was average only.. Maybe we will try others next time round. Prices are upmarket but worth it. Only issue is that Parking is an absolute nightmare especially during peak hours. Taste Rating 9/10 Ambience Rating 8/10 Service Rating 10/10 Value Rating 7/10

My friend passed by this area and told me this is a newly opened Thai restaurant when I was asking for some recommendations. Called up this restaurant a day before and they suggested that I should make a reservation though it’s only 3 pax. When we came in we didn’t see any table being reserved but since we were the only customers we just sat down. According to the workers, a Malay owns this restaurant and all the workers are from Thailand. They aren’t able to understand simple English so one particular staff went to and fro and couldn’t make my request right. This shop is just opposite of Anuar Fish Head and parkings are notoriously difficult to find. Business Owner should train up their workers for some basic requests and not just left them there. Foods are quite good. We ordered the pineapple fried rice, a mango salad, a squid, otak-otak and mango sticky rice.

Background A new Thai restaurant in Bangsar. Ambience The interior is new and modern. Service The service is excellent, with prompt and friendly staff. The staff knew the spicy level of the food and recommended the appropriate level of spiciness for us Food The food is tasty, with an extensive vegetarian option beyond just one or two dishes. The stir-fried vegetables were flavourful and I enjoyed the pineapple fried rice as well. Overall It is a great restaurant to visit for tasty food and great service. The restaurant offers an extensive vegetarian option, which is a plus. However, the food items are a bit pricey.
