Eatomo Food Co (Bangsar) — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Beware when ordering from Eatomo using grab. I regularly order the fish and chips and on 20th June when I ordered the fish and chips, they sent over Golden Salted Egg Yolk Carbonara Pasta. If you refer to the attachment, the picture is fish and chips and description is fish and chips, only the title says Pasta. Of course, they send over the Pasta which costs 23.90 and charged me for the Fish and chips which cost 27.90. They conveniently fixed the menu on grab after I left them a star review on grab telling them to fix it.

Edit in response to Eatomo's reply: Firstly, name is syrius and not sirius. Yes, noticed you fixed it the following day after my 1 star review via Grab. I'm not 'mad' because of the discrepancies on your menu, but 'annoyed' that you send over the Pasta and charge me for the fish and chips and moreso 'agitated' that I had to take up this matter with Grab which is a pain; cue the usual Grab excuses "Please don't order based on the photos and etc." Grab only resolved this about an hour ago after multiple back and forths with them. Unintentional or not, I hope you can avoid these 'glitches' in the future as dealing with Grab Specialists is not a fun occasion and ordering food from merchants through Grab should be straightforward and without...

Small portion, slightly overpriced but everything tasted good.

We stopped by at Eatomo to have a quick late lunch on a weekend. Quite surprised that the place barely have people dining in.

We ordered two donburi sets; one was the chicken nanban and the other was the orange chicken.

Both tasted good but for what we are paying. But we thought the portions were slightly small and that it would be better to serve it with an additional small cup of chawanmushi instead of just some shredded cabbage.

They used to advertise selling oysters under RM10 per piece which is a bargain but none were available when we visited.

We also opted for the salmon sashimi set which we also think is small for its price. Adding just a couple more slices would be great. Don't get me wrong, the salmon itself tasted very fresh and smooth.

Would we visit again? If there are oysters, probably yes. Did we think it's overpriced? A bit. Portions small?...

I’m sorry but I ordered this cause it said best seller and was hoping to get a considerable amount of chicken protein in there but when it came boy was I disappointed. Not only did it look far from how it was presented in pics but there was hardly any chicken! There was 90% coating to say the least, plus the coating was just wet instead of crispy. I did not eat the rest of it after my first bite as I did not want to waste my lunch on something I would not enjoy. I tried to complain to the staff but they tried to tell me that fried chicken is meant to be soggy.
